A gente sempre fica um pouco receoso em ir depois que lê algumas avaliações... Mas minha experiência em 2024 foi ótima. Super bem localizado com um Walmart ao lado. Fiquei com medo do cheiro de mofo, mas não tivemos esse problema(apesar do quarto ter carpete). Não tivemos nenhum contratempo e até conseguimos (com meu parco inglês) entrar mais cedo (early check in). O quarto era arrumado todos os dias(lençóis arrumados e toalhas trocadas). O hotel tem transfer para os parques mas os utilizamos somente na volta. Na ida fomos de Uber para chegar assim que o parque abre e aproveitar mais. Estou indo novamente agora em setembro de 2026, mas dessa vez alugamos um carro(não cobra estacionamento). Para quem vai sem carro da super certo também. Uber por mais que seja mais caro que no Brasil, sai bem mais barato que alugar um carro lá. Vamos de carro dessa vez pela comodidade e para fazer o teste para saber se vale a pena (minha mulher acha que vale)

El lugar se encuentra bien ubicado, un Walmart detrás, 10 min de Disney y 25 de Universal. Buena piscina pero los cuartos un poco descuidados, además, falta personal que hable español (suponiendo que es para extranjeros). Relación precio calidad servicio, excelente opción.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this experience couldn't be ignored. I had to give this hotel one star only because there wasn't an option to give zero….This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend staying at this Ramada by Wyndham. The customer service was terrible, and the hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. One of the biggest issues was housekeeping. They do not provide daily housekeeping. Instead, service is every other day if you request it. If you don't ask, your room won't be cleaned at all. When one of the guest asked for additional towels for a room of four people, the front desk clerk said, “We only give one bath towel per room. You are supposed to use it and then hand it to the next person." Another guest standing there responded, “Ma’am, I've never heard anything like this." The clerk simply replied, "Yes, that's how it goes." I was shocked that this was actually their policy. The toilet became clogged, and not to mention one of the outside waterfalls in the waterpark area was pouring out dirty water. I had to call the front desk multiple times to report the clogged toilet because my calls kept getting hung up on before someone finally answered. Overall, this hotel was poorly maintained and provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced. This stay was very disappointing. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Great family getaway

Our stay at this hotel ended in the worst possible way. My 4-year-old nephew was seriously injured when a glass door shattered during normal use, causing multiple cuts and a head injury that required stitches. While the accident itself was traumatic, what truly shocked us was the complete lack of care and empathy from the hotel's staff afterward. No one checked on my nephew. No one came to our room to ask how he was doing or whether our family needed anything. There was absolutely no follow-up from management. The manager told my brother-in-law that we would receive a copy of the incident report. When I personally went to request it, I was only handed a blank form and told to write down what had happened myself. I was then told to come back another day. The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I especially want to mention the Head of Security, Tomás. His attitude, tone, and complete lack of compassion while dealing with a family whose 4-year-old nephew had just been taken to the hospital were unacceptable. I have worked in the hospitality industry, and I know that when a serious incident involving a guest occurs—especially a young child—the minimum expectation is empathy, clear communication, and follow-up. None of that happened here. This review is not only about the accident. Accidents can happen anywhere. It is about how this hotel chose to treat a family after such a traumatic event. The rooms are big and spacious with a good layout; the staff were friendly and helpful; the location is great, near a lot of shops and food and close to all Orlando has to offer

Great location and atmosphere. Everyone was kind and helpful. Mulligan's is a great little bar where you can relax after a full day at the parks. MB is a great bartender. I'll definitely be back.

Excelente. Desde el primer momento, la atención en recepción fue cordial y profesional. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estadía agradable. El desayuno es muy completo y de excelente calidad. También destaco la ubicación, que resulta muy conveniente para recorrer la zona y el servicio de traslados a los parques, que fue puntual y eficiente. Sin dudas, una experiencia muy positiva de principio a fin.

Excelente experiencia. El hotel superó mis expectativas desde el momento de la llegada. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias, el personal fue amable y atento en todo momento, y el ambiente era cómodo y agradable para disfrutar en familia. Todo el proceso fue sencillo y me hicieron sentir muy bien atendida. Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí en una próxima visita.

Don’t let the sleek tower in the website photos 📸 or the street view fool you. If that section is sold out, the remaining accommodations felt much more like a roadside motel, complete with that unmistakable odor 👃 and flickering lights 💡 that immediately raised concerns. I actually canceled my reservation upon arrival rather than continue with the stay. To the property’s credit, the staff was wonderful 😊 and exactly what you’d hope for from a customer service perspective. There are multiple pools 🏊, laundry facilities, and space for larger groups, which may make it a reasonable option for some travelers. Parking is fairly plentiful 🚗, although after the Disney crowds return 🎢, be prepared for a walk from the back lot. If you’re on a strict budget and smells don’t bother you, you may be perfectly comfortable here; I simply wasn’t.
