After driving 17 hours straight and had hungry kids ready to eat we decided to just go in and order to go but the service was Awful!!!! I was the first standing and everyone working just starred at me saying absolutely nothing. Another lady came in who was a POC and she immediately got helped , guy walked in POC and helped. Meanwhile I’m still standing with NO help. Last man walked in POC shirtless at that and helped!!!!!!! I walked out at this point!!! absolutely ridiculous and clearly hating on the white woman for whatever reason!!! Good luck with service here…

did not receive the order of my pizza through Uber Eats. It was a very bad experience. Never order from here, they’re really rude on call and keep transferring you elsewhere. I never got my refund either and they kept blaming it on me saying I was not there to pick up although I was standing there for an hour waiting for them to arrive and tracking their location. It said they arrived and left with my order. Which is horrible. I have 3 small kids who were hungry after their day.

I placed a big order for a family reunion and the entire order checked out good. It took them less than 30 minutes to prepare the pizzas. Special thanks to Manager Leonard who assisted over the phone and upon arrival. They even provided plates and napkins without me having to ask them.

This is best customer service Ive experienced. Above and beyond. So hands on, so patient. Very well ran store. Thanks guys

I had a big order for a middle school party. It was ready on time. It was a Very smooth process with excellent customer service.

I hate to rate 1 star but I would rate 0 if possible. Taking order after 10 mins of waiting, Telling us it will be ready in 20 mins, After 30 mins just getting it into oven, Takes forever to get pizza. Cant understand how you can have customer wait in register over minute or two since they are ready to pay you. Seen some people left because of nobody was taking care of them.

First of I love dominos pizza but I ordered from this location while on vacation and sadly the service sucked. The pizza was under cooked and they didn’t even cut the pizza for me, and I was by the pool with no knife to cut the pizza for my kids. I tried to call and report it but no one answered. Also when the driver left me the pizza he made me go to him saying that their policy is that don’t get off the vehicle- I’ve never heard of that but okay. Unfortunately I would not order from this location again.

These guys always take care of us. Two of them were enough to make like 12 pizzas for our team every time we order and on time . Thank you guys 🙏

So I ordered carry out through the app and they made my pizza incorrect . So I called the store and wanted to speak to the manager to resolve this . The manager didn’t even bother coming to the phone instead he sent this rude young man to the phone and the rude young man hung up on me . Do yourself a favor don’t spend your money here if you value your money .

A hour and 40 minutes after ordering pizza, what do you think the pizza was like? Cold, overcooked, hard, and barely any sauce on them of course. That's how long it took to get 3 large pizzas delivered to Pop Century at Disney. App said the pizzas were in the oven 5 minutes after ordering. We gave them a shot since they delivered to the Disney resorts despite the bad reviews. Apparently all the reviews are spot on. Personally, the worse Domino's pizza I've had since the 1990s.

I had a disappointing experience with this Domino’s location. I was told that garlic dipping sauce and banana peppers would not be provided with my order unless I paid extra, which is not consistent with typical Domino’s service. Instead of a simple customer-friendly experience, it felt like there was unnecessary resistance over basic add-ons. This created frustration and left a negative impression. I hope management reviews how staff handle simple requests like dipping sauces and standard toppings, because this is not what customers expect from Domino’s.

They don’t deliver 14 minutes away. Call it a “dead zone” for no reason at all. Then they hang up on you. Seems like they can’t use their brains to fix their computer and instead act like they can’t ever deliver because of the “system”.

I would say it's a lot better than the one back home.

Make sure your at your front door with bells on if you order from this Dominos. One of the worst experiences with a Dominos ever. They’re usually pretty professional and helpful. Logged into my account and selected “Leave at door” (YES, it is still an option online) because I’ve done that with every Dominos ever. The order gets to my place and I’m not home yet, the driver calls me and says “Are you going to answer your door for the pizza?” Which to told them to just leave it because I wasn’t home, but almost home. And she says “We don’t do that anymore”…….I ask her to please leave it because I’m not home and I selected it as an option when I ordered. “I have to call my manager”…..we hang up and I never hear from her again, I just get an update on my App that it was delivered. Get home and no food. Call the store and wait almost 20 min for someone to answer. I tell him the issue and he says he will get it out ASAP to me, calls back in 10 min to say he can’t, I ask to get it to me asap, he said ok and hangs up. 30 min later calls me to say “We’re out of stock on Garlic Parmesan sauce”…..(40 minutes after I first spoke to him) it’s past 11pm, when I sent in my order at 815pm, and I’m still waiting. Order at your own risk.
