Everytime we get charged for service fee ? The merchants are supposed to cover the credit card fee / employee salaries not customer . Customer bring business to u guys. Isn’t that true? You should warn customers to pay cash to avoid fee then. I need a customer service

This place is very hyped up and the service is terrible, they make up their own personal prices in your face & also decline customers when they feel like it when it’s too busy. This is not professional and I would not come back here. My recommendation for this food spot is a 4 out of 10.

Your suppose to close at 8pm not at 7:45 if is not the time you have on ur schedule your suppose to close at 8pm on the dot not at 7:45 pm that is a lie in it self y’all won’t even answer the phone and your suppose to answer and stay open until the clock hits 8:00pn not before

Mi experiencia en El Primo fue muy decepcionante. Desde que llegué, la señora que estaba al frente me atendió con una actitud muy desagradable y poco profesional. Me sentí incómodo por la forma en que me habló y me hizo pasar vergüenza delante de otras personas. Además, la comida parecía vieja y me la sirvieron fría, lo cual afectó mucho la calidad de la experiencia. Esperaba un mejor servicio y más respeto hacia los clientes. Lamentablemente, no puedo recomendar este restaurante basándome en mi visita. y si no tuvera que darle una estrella no la pongo pq es obligado para poder comentar

This place is terrible the workers there are not nice. This is my second time coming to this place and both times I had a bad experience. After the first time I said I’ll give them another try but never again after today. They made me wait over 20min for some tostones and they wasn’t even busy, they over charged me $50 for a pound and a half of chicharrones (fried pork chunks) and when I asked why so much?she said they went over the pound which is not my fault and not the amount I asked for. So when I was about to pay after the lady acted like she fixed the problem, she took my $50 bill and marked it all over front and back it came out yellow everywhere and then she said she couldn’t accept it because it looks fake so I asked her what color was it supposed to look and she replied yellow so I asked her then what’s the problem and she said we can’t take your money while giving me a dirty look. So after having me wait for a long time I had to leave without my food just because she didn’t feel like giving it to me, I didn’t even do anything to her! As I was leaving there was a line of people right behind me that heard everything and were curious to touch my $50 bill so I let them and the people where saying it was real after feeling it. Right after that happened I went over to another restaurant the lady touched the money to check if it’s real and accepted it with no problem. After my visit to El Primo today I felt discriminated because why would you not want to sell me food if…

No vuelvo a este lugar pido mi orden y me hicieron esperar por unos tostones mas de 30 minutos para completar la comida esta fria y viejo y las señoras me trataron como una Basura bien repugnante

I love this place that's puerto rican food. You can get in all of kasimi in Central Florida to me. The place is absolutely wonderful prices are great, nothing's expensive, very clean, fast service food is absolutely to die for if you want real puerto rican food. I mean, real puerto rican food food that'll just make you go to sleep after eating it. This is definitely the place to go. I've been going here for over 13 years and I would never change anything about it The women are absolutely wonderful.The services, fast everything's clean and never had an issue.And they never messed up my order, which is absolutely incredible.Please.If you ever get the chance , eat here and you'll see what I mean
