The food was legit

Authentic Mexican food. Good rice, beans and Bandera (guacamole, crema fresca and pico de gallo) meats seasoned perfectly. Professional, courteous service.
-
One of my favorite Mexican spots! Love the chips and salsa. One of my top places for a chimichanga! Great drinks too! You know its good when your friend from Mexico agrees and goes here all the time.

First time visit, but won't be the last! Great food and Service! They have the World Cup Playing on the TV as well.

Wanted some nachos, and got my fix! Highly recommend..

Server said we ordered birria quesadillas and we didn't. There were 2 of us, why would we order an app and 3 entrees. I told her if it's a big deal just leave it. She took it back and still charged us. Crazy, if you are going to charge me at least let me take it home.

Excellent place to visit. The food is amazing, great food, variety, great taste and lots of big and small portions. You won’t regret it.

Me and my wife come here every couple days and we can’t get enough of it. Please never change your quality and service! (We shared a Tamale combo with a side of queso)

Update!!! 5/16/2026 Jordyn was our server, he was excellent. Food was amazing again. Every time we come down to Florida we stop off here for the best Mexican food. We love it. We are honestly so impressed with this restaurant. We had an amazing waitress named Jennyfeer (I think). We had an half an hour wait getting seated. But that was fine. We are vacationing here and we wanted a good Mexican restaurant. Well we found it. The Sampler appetizer was delicious. Then we had the fajita mixer for 2, chimichanga and another dish that I couldn't spell or pronounce. Very tiny restaurant. But its worth it.

Great spot for high value authentic Mexican food. The portions are HUGE as you can see from the photos and the food tastes good as well. The mole was a bit on the sweeter side which was new to me but it still was good. Our server was very hospitable and welcoming and while you wait on your food, you can snack on chips and salsa. Nice Mexican music as well :)

Good food. Amazing

El Tenampa is truly amazing. Their wet burrito is the size of a forearm. Their queso is always amazing along with 4-5 fresh fresca's daily.

Looking for the real deal, this is it.
-
-
The birria, menudo, and aguas frescas here are to die for! I always love to go to mexican restaurants to see which spot is “authentic” and this is it! If you are able to try one restaurant near Orlando, this is it!

Food is not good: for example the enchiladas and tacos "de carne asada" were not carne asada. Insteadc they were carne molida, ( ground beef) which is the cheapest meat in the market. The quality of food is not high. I got heaviness and indigestion. Prices are high for the low quality. The chips and salsa were oily and not crispy.
