Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Complaints here are real, but they are mostly not about the kitchen. Service is the sore point: those reviews average 2.6. Whether it is worth the money is the next most common subject, in 22% of reviews (averaging 2.4).
If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (8 reviews). One subject never comes up here: how clean the place looks. Newer reviews score better than older ones (4.0 recent against 2.7 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (96/100), 1 intermediate and 1 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on March 16, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 69% of graded kitchens in Osceola County. The citations behind that grade include wiping cloths and handwash sinks accessible.
If how much food arrives is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Wide fairways, receptive greens. The only complaint is the greens were slow because they were recently punched and the grass was a little high. But a great experience nonetheless.

Loved the course. There were some areas that could improve but generally ok. employees were friendly.
-
Great course with some really unique and well designed holes. No houses on the course gives you a true and pure golf experience. Some of the tee boxes could’ve used some TLC but what makes up for that is how friendly the staff were. From the starter to the pro shop, wait staff and cart barn and restaurant. All great people. Highly recommended if you are in Orlando and price was one of the best in town.

Fun layout, course was in good condition, good pace of play. Good food afterwards too.

Lost a customer forever. I play Falcons Fire every summer while I'm down in Orlando for work. we played 5 holes before a torrential downpour for 30-40 min, greens flooded, standing water everywhere. We waited the first wave of the rain out, but more was coming soon. Keep in mind the course was currently under water and unplayable. We drove back to the clubhouse to ask about a rain check and the pro shop had closed up. I called the following morning and they said they don't offer rain-checks. We played 5 holes and as someone who doesn't get to play as much golf as he would like to in the current season of life I am in, this was very upsetting and disappointing. I also know in the summer months they are not busy during the late afternoon/early evening time. The pro shop made no effort to really help or to resolve the issue. Very disappointing.

After coming to Orlando for a week of golf and fun at the parks, we were amazed at such an unfriendly, unprofessional, and anti-tourist location spot in the area. We played at two Walt Disney courses this week (expensive and under-whelming but still fun) and one round at Mystic Dunes (moderate pricing and rough fairways) we then chose to play at this course called Falcons Fire. We were hoping for something a little less expensive and hopefully a bit more spread out on tee times. The booking online was easy and we read all the reviews and still decided to play here even with the negative comments about the unkept course. It started with the check-in. We walked in, three adults and a 6 year old child. I told the emotionless employee behind the counter that we had a tee time reserved. She ask if there were three players and would I be paying for all? I agreed and paid in cash. She directed us down the stairs to get assistance with our bags again with a lack of emotion as if we had interrupted her plans for the day. We walked downstairs and met a gentlemen by the carts. He asked if we had dropped our bags upstairs of which I stated no, they were still in the car as we were about 45 mins early. He said “THERE ARE NO CARTS IN THE PARKING LOT”. I said fine, I can go get the car pull back up and drop the bags. This was okay, not totally uncommon for Florida, however most professional courses post plenty of signage to warn for this inconvenience. We got our bags loaded up and were…

Customer service was spot on. Course conditions were a bit iffy for me. Tee boxes were either standard condition or dry and dead. Fairways were well kept and you could tell they are still recuperating from being aerated Greens were a hit or miss. There were multiple holes with dead spots that are still recuperating from maintenance. The slope of the greens made putting fun and they would be wonderful greens if the grass was filled out. The overall course layout is solid and not over bearing. I would definitely consider coming back in time. The greens just need a few more months to fill in the patches.

Golf course was okay but “someone” here stole my glasses which isn’t cool at all.

This place is reasonably priced for how well its run and maintained. Highly recomended

Extremely disappointing experience. First off, the course condition was just embarrassing. Not only were the greens aerated so every putt was like playing plinko, the rest of the course was just as bad… if not worse (don’t believe me, just scroll and look at pics of recent reviews) Now time for my real problem with this PUBLIC COURSE. Played the course with 6 of my friends that all flew down for my bachelor party. I’ve played Bay Hill, the Grand Cypress courses, Four Seasons, and the Ritz all MULTIPLE times in the last 2 years and I have never encountered more arrogant and condescending employees. We were treated like college frat boys from the moment we arrived up (doing nothing to warrant this except having 3 of my out-of-town friends have to rent a set of clubs) until the last interaction, which is when the final boss of their arrogant employees at the cart return referred to EVERYONE playing the course (not just us) as a “bunch of cheapo’s”. Heard good things about this place from my friends who played the course 10+ years ago but this was the worst course I’ve ever visited in Orlando… and I’ve played Winter Park pines on a Sunday morning in peak season. Safe to say, I will not be returning.

Charging $160 for the condition of the course should be a crime. They charge resort style pricing, b/c of location, but it’s a mess. I’m a local and only played b/c the group I play with wanted a change. If you’re visiting, there’s lots of other courses that will cheaper and 10x better condition.

We booked two teetimes on 5/2/26 based on their past history of being a high caliber course in the Orlando area. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe the frost this past winter killed off their entire course? But right now there are more weeds than golf course, 18 of the 18 greens were un-puttable due to both dead spots and aeration. The staff amused me, they acted like they were a five star stop, right now they’re sitting solidly at a one star. The price is right, everything else isn’t. Goats would starve here! Stay away…

Customer service is legendary

Very disappointed in this course. We have played here before and it was good. The tee boxes were dead. Many greens had large bad spits. Bunkers not good. The worst part is $166 on Sunday. There are so many nice courses for less in the area.

A little expensive for the condition Honestly! Some greens have Fungus looks like no attention has been paid. Tee boxes are a little neat up as well Fairways were in good shape for the most part. Overall this track is a Fantastic layout fun to play needs a little TLC!!

We had the best night at our Family banquet evening. Food was absolutely incredible and the venue is beautiful. Mary has been nothing short of amazing with her communication on the build up and on the night. Our barman was great & the team cocktail was lovely. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much

WOW!! Was I disappointed with this course. First, let me say the staff is fantastic. They are friendly and very helpful. The clubhouse and pro shop are first rate. The driving range is superb. This is where the good ends. I have been playing golf for 54 years and I have to say the course conditions here were in the bottom 3 of all the courses I have played. In my area, this would be no more than a $25 round for a course in this shape. What is surprising is that I paid $79 at a discount for late afternoon. A round here is usually well over $100 for prime tee times. Is the course challenging? Absolutely! It is a challenge to find nice grass in the fairway! I will say that most of the sand traps are very nice. In fact, I have never seen so many bunkers. This course needs a lot of TLC.

Played the golf course in April 2026. - not worth the price. The course is in a very bad shape - greens are in horrible condition - clearly a lack of maintenance. The golf course has great potential but it’s like they gave up on maintaining it in a good shape. It’s too bad. Don’t spend 100$ to play it you’ll be disappointed.
