Pésima experiencia muy abandonado y descuido, sucio con mal olor. El trato es regular la verdad no lo recomiendo

Don’t stay here. I stayed here with my daughter and grandson a year ago. The lock on the door of our room was broken and they would not move us. The room was dirty and the carpet felt wet. We went swimming in the one pool that was acceptably clean and my daughter got a rash and ended up in the ER. I got an earache and had to be treated with antibiotics. We checked out early and moved to a different hotel after the first night.

Warning. This place is a major scam. The entire property is rundown and anything that makes it a resort is broken and closed up. When you come to check in they demand resort fees that are roughly 80% of the cost of your booking. So you basically paying twice for your stay. I refused to pay so I didn't stay. I never got my money back for booking my two weeks here. Scam. Scam. Scam. Shame. Scam again. Whoever holds this position as front office manager it's clear they're trained to say they'll make it right, gives you a card to shut you up and then you'll never hear from the business again.

Arrived with a prepaid reservation starting February 19, 2026. But the hotel / property is closed (see photo). No access to hotel or staff. Booked another hotel near by.

Good news everybody they are now closed for good

This hotel closed down on February 15, 2026. I cannot believe American Airlines would suggest this place as a package deal on AA vacations. The staff were super nice and super apologetic for the condition of the hotel. One said, “ I just needed a job.” A huge section of this hotel was abandoned and closed. Do not book here.

Absolutely disgusting, moldy, smelly, dirty, if it wasn't that it was a short trip and had no plans to be in the room long I would had left the moment I walked in. I slept with the lights on due to the fear of what may come out. I sprayed so much disinfectant it wasn't even fun. I do not see how they charged a "resort fee" to stay in disgust.

Well it will no.longer exist after Monday. They are closing the old maingate down and gonna tear it down and build new stuff in its place .

The photos must be outdated the place is rundown, the shower didn’t have very warm water and was dirty as well as the ceiling bubbling and light fixture looked like it had never been replaced or cleaned we were only given towels no wash clothes or hand towels. They don’t have made service everyday so you have to go to the front desk for things needed. If you have trouble walking and don’t have a car this is not the place for you the rooms are spread out all over the place.

Checked in and arrived at the first room to find that I was given the key for someone else’s room that was already there. Brought up three trips worth of luggage and found that the adjacent room was empty. Went to front desk and was told them the issue and they said the room was not in the system and to go to another building. Horrible management and inventory skills. Will always recommend people to never stay here.

Pase 3 noches y ni siquiera fueron disgnos de llegar y ver si limpiaban la habitación sin jabón papel higiénico gracias a dios no se ocupó mucho solo anduvimos fuera y de entrada no servían las luces puerta del baño ni servía mucho olor a humedad camas demasiado pequeñas ensi no me gustó y no lo recomendaría a pesar que el precio no esté mal pero deberían de preocuparse un poco más hacia las habitaciones y sus clientes pues del personal aa la hora de llegada muy bien atendidos es lo único de ahí nada todo mal

Stay away. Was there Jan 5 2026. Room clean but in terrible shape with hole in one wall 13”x13” wall stain th bath. Nightstand missing drawer, trim base fall off. Curtain was broken so could not close fully. And they charged $27 per day resort fee on top of Expedia fee. I could have gotten a much better room for the fee as I come to Orlando area every other week for one night. Is a good looking cation near restaurants, shopping and activities. But entire place in disrepair.

I’m not even sure where to start. My boyfriend booked Florida for my birthday and booked maingate lakeside resort after looking at the photos and obviously assuming it was a nice place. Firstly the name is very misleading. On arrival we noticed it was very worn down but thought that could’ve been a nice thing as we found out it was one of the first hotels to be built so close to Disney. However the layout was very confusing. When we went into the first room it was absolutely filthy with pubic hair on toilet seat and in the bath. Stains on the bedding and bed itself we went back to reception to request a new room. Although the people were very helpful and apologetic the second room was horrendous. I only opened the door and a foul musty smell hit us in the face. While weighing out our options my boyfriend turned the air con on ( a luxury for us as we are from England so it’s not very common) when he turned it off a dripping sound was very noticeable, I thought at first it was the tap however when my boyfriend took his shoes off he noticed the carpet was soaking wet. Turns out the air con was leaking, obviously very dangerous as we then noticed mould spores we went down to reception again to be greeted by someone new who told us they was fully booked so we either stay in the damp room or the dirty room. I was absolutely appalled and they didn’t even come to look at the damp room. Third room was okay but essentially somewhere to rest your head and that was all. We noticed each…

Scammers first took $50 and then asked for another $28. Stay away, it's garbage.

We checked in and checked right back out!!!! The front desk was very helpful but the room looks nothing like the pictures. The lock on the door was broken, the room smelled musty and there were bedbugs! Stay away. If I could put 0 stars I would.

We had horrible experience we will not stay there again the first room we stayed there was a bad smell so we look around and found mold we ended up changing to a new room the hot tub didn't work the pool was green color they refused to refund me the hotel resort fee the building is in clear disrepair they should be reported to the health department

Quarto mofado, com cheiro insuportável de mofo. Roupas de cama velhas e queimadas por cigarro.
