Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Something changed. Recent visits score noticeably higher than earlier ones. Reviews mentioning front-of-house average 3.3 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, wait times appears most often — 25% of the corpus, averaging 4.0.
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (12 of 20). No one in this corpus comments on value for money at all. Of the 20 rated reviews, 15 sit at four stars or better and 4 at two or below.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (90/100), 1 intermediate and 2 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was May 6, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. On health score it sits safer than 40% of the Osceola County restaurants we grade. For specifics, the last inspection cited plumbing installed & maintained and bathrooms.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Great pizza
-
Best pizza $ salad! Amazing!
-
good pizza.
-
Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve had in my life, I got wings, extra crispy, pizza, garlic bread and mozzarella triangles, the pizza was just bread no cheese, it was horrible, then I got a regular salad that was literally just tasteless the cucumber was the best part, the marinara for the bread and mozzarella triangles had the sourest taste possible, all around I spent $115, and no one in my house ate it, after 2 bites it went in the trash, NEVER again, with how good their pizza looks, you’d think it’s good, it is not. Very disappointed I wasted $115 and still haven’t fed my severe pizza craving.😩 not to mention the wings were soggy, not crispy at all, I have the chicken ick, and those wings were picked up felt and immediately went into the garbage, very disappointed if I could get a refund, I would.

The deep dish meat and more was fantastic!
-
Food was great. Normally you have to wait 30-45 minutes for Deep Dish pizza(s). This particular visit, the wait time was shorter, and we had quite a large order. Though time may vary, the excellence on the food is pretty consistent

In town from Michigan and came across Giordano's for a late night pizza run; when picking up the pizza there was a snag but the manager resolved it quickly and made sure we were taken care of. Ordered two large tavern pizzas and an entree sized salad, and between 4 people there wasn't much left, everyone loved the food! Thank you for the great service, definitely made us feel like family!

Forgot the cookies and didn’t put the garlic Parmesan on the fries. My fault for not checking, but shouldn’t have to. Deep dish pizza was amazing as always.
-
It had alittle bit of a wait for sat but once we were in we were taken care immediately. The manager took care of our table until the waiter was available. Awesome service from manager and server so friendly and happy Always a plus. So much laughter and delicious food. The cheese pull on the pizzas was amazing and thr sauce was out of this world. Great experience i will definitely be back

Food was amazing our waiter was the greatest

After driving a little over 4 1/2 hours I was looking forward to Giordano’s Pizza. The excitement was short lived after my daughter found a dead gnat on her pizza. The waitress asked if we wanted the pizza remade and I just asked to speak with the manager. I was in total disbelief when she told me the manager refused to come out and speak with me. If this was the ONLY place left in Orlando to eat, I’d lose ALL the weight I desired because I will NEVER eat at Giordano’s on Irlo Bronson EVER AGAIN, nor will I recommend to anyone, EVER!!!

All around excellent! Our go to when we're in Kissimmee!
-
Great visit.
-
Had a lovely meal here and lots of choice. 8 of us went and we just pushed 2 tables together. Lots of choice but expect to wait for your order if you get the deep pan. Extra cooking time. We did not have to wait for a table.
-
Thank you to our server, Kayla! She was so friendly and attentive towards our group. We never had to ask for anything. We had a variety of deep dish and traditional thin crust and all were great. Even if it isn't your style of pizza, it's still really good. I recommend this location if your in the area. It's great for families and larger groups. Tip: If you plan to dine in, order your deep dish 45-60 min before your arrival time so it's ready shortly after you're seated!

Takeout was delicious
-
Absolutely worse service and food. We came in with our special needs child. They ignored us, were rude and we had to check on our order over 55 minutes. No apology. Awful experience for our autistic daughter.
-
Great food and good service. We enjoyed ourselves here.
-
The place was okay. The server was not very friendly. The kids pizza was fine, but my italiano sandwich was mainly bread and nothing else
-
Atmosphere was great service was great but the pizza was disgusting the bread tasted like a saltine cracker and the pizza barely had any sauce the cheese was terrible hands down one of the worst pizzas I have ever had we did dine in and ordered the deep dish was terrible and the thin pizza pie was equally as bad I could have saved $100 and had a Digiorno. I will never go back there ever again. I can’t speak for the rest of the food but pizza don’t waste your time
