The kid area has a lot pools slides and things to do like zipline but the outside movies are only at the end of the week so Mon and Tuesday there wont be one or the kid activates

The hotel was easily accessible, there were many options for food/beverage close by. The breakfast ladies were awesome! Great hotel for families, safe and secure.

Staff were friendly. Run down hotel. Breakfast was not bad but we don't need to be monitored and spoken to like prison inmates. Nobody should bd guarding the line. Every other holiday inn property its an open space.

My initial room, Suite 420, was in an unacceptable condition. I have documented extensive carpet and furniture stains, as well as mold blowing from the vents onto the bed and living room furniture. Additionally, the floors were dangerously slippery and appeared uncleaned. The Pillows had no date on them and were not in compliance. While the staff was friendly and moved me to a different room upon request, the second room also had carpet stains and a broken toilet seat. When I confronted the hotel management, they admitted to being aware of the issues in the first room yet continued to rent it out. The general cleanliness of the property is poor, with large, unaddressed spills and stains in the hallways. I believe this location requires a formal inspection from the corporate office to bring it up to standard. I have photos and video footage of these conditions available upon request.

We enjoyed our stay! All staff members were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was great! Clean, friendly staff and close to the parks. Cannot wait until our next stay!

Very comfortable beds, The pool was nice but one pool was closed, Nice interior but a few paint scratches, The lobby was very good looking, The staff was very kind and friendly, lots of people was in the pool, And the exterior was almost new, The Dunkin’ and Starbucks interior was cool. I would recommend going to this hotel.

I prefer a firm mattress, but the beds are HARD. Please note there is a mandatory fee is applied due to the outdoor amenities; however these are available mid-afternoon AFTER CHECK-OUT. Breakfast is good and the gym is large. I have always been a dedicated Holiday Inn & Express customer; but I will not stay at this location again. For those going to Disney please note there is only 1 departure time and goes to only 1 park.

Over the years of coming to Orlando for vacations my family and friends have come to understand this is the place to stay. Staff come and go but here they are always great Breakfast is great

Customer service was great. It was peaceful had no issues at all during our stay even though it was only one night. We still had a great time and enjoyed our vacation in Orlando.

At first, my room (220) was SO dirty. I told the staff, and they moved me to a new room (620). I am a platinum elite member and am supposed to get a room upgrade. Room 620 was better than 220. Poor quality breakfast. All the guests at the hotel were very trashy..... very low quality clientele.... this substantially impacted our experience of the property. Everyone was screaming at their kids, smoking, drinking... it was "white trash" at its finest. Low quality products offered by the hotel (I needed a comb from the front desk and it was paper thin) The hotel clearly is doing everything they can to cut costs (no coffee makers in the rooms- you have to go to the lobby if you want coffee) One kids pool with slides and crab feathers was closed for refurbishing. The pool (and hot tub) that was open did not feel clean

Definitely would come here again. Meet and greeted with a smile on the face by everyone. Great place at a great location near touristic areas.

This is the best hotel , the front desk very helpful all the time everything you need is there , the room it's so clean and very quiet, and the breakfast is the best everything is available at all times and they have turkey sausage wich is amazing, the best pancakes and 2 flavor waffles, thank you so much Amor and Marica for making sure we have everything we need for 6 days me and my family loved this place we are coming back again for sure, thank you so much jessica

I was pleasantly surprised at this 3 star hotel. I’ve stayed in some 5 star hotels that were not as clean or the staff was not as attentive as they were. It made me feel comfortable even though I was traveling solo.

El hotel es excelente, excepcional. El servicio excelente, excepcional. El desayuno está a otro nivel buenísimo y el servicio que nos dio Amor Gonzalez y Marcia fué muy bueno y excelente. Gracias por todo. En un futuro espero volver..

It was nice the only thing that I disappointed was in the pool their are no lifeguard and people keep bringing drinks inside of the pool even though it says on the sign that no drinks are allowed in the pool smh

Yes this is a great place to stay. Come here. Stay here. Eat there. Sleep there. Swim there. Play there! This keeps us a great place. I love it

Overall, it was a good day. Like I said the refrigerator is loud.

Nice 3 star hotel. Good hot breakfast and fun pool area. Daily activities and mini golf. Felt like staying at a disney resort without the cost.. Close to parks.

If this is the one in Valdosta GA, it was pretty good. Everyone was really nice.
