We hosted my daughter’s birthday at Ice Factory and had an amazing time. The staff was attentive, the event was well organized and the birthday included a lot of great features. My daughter said it was her best birthday yet and all of her guests also had an amazing time. Thank you Sariah, for making my daughter’s day special.

We had the BEST time celebrating our daughter’s birthday at the Ice Factory. Our party heroes were incredible and made her day super special. They were so attentive to every detail and helped all of our guests feel welcome. We can’t wait to go back and celebrate more birthdays there! Kayle and Allison were amazing!

Friendly staff, the facility however not so good. Ice conditions were horrible, you had the back end of the arena closed off, multiple parties going on, too many ppl on a Saturday. Not a whole lot of place to skate. Skates left me blisters, and then they had everyone out for birthday party event and Zamboni ride. Keep in mind they open from 2-4pm and then reopen 7-10pm but if you close the ice for private event, it cuts our time. For a family of 4, and 2 seal rentals we spent $111

The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. My daughter loves the classes and we love being there. Great ice skating rink! 🫶

My son and I love it and we had a blast everytime. The floor is huge and very well-maintained, which made skating easy. The staff is super attentive, kind, constantly cleaning and checking in on the floor. Music is fun.

Visited yesterday with lots of friends!! Really fun, only complaint among the group was that they changed the skates and the new ones left blisters (or something of the sort?) on all of our ankles. Staff was absolutely amazing. Looking forward to my next visit!

Friendly reminder : the skates on my child gave her a bruise on each ankle, she had been complaining all night about the change of skates. She started crying after because of the pain which never happened with the other skates.

My family just celebrated a birthday at the Ice Factory. The birthday girl couldn’t be happier. Our party hero, Alex, took care of everything and hosted the group with a lot of energy and attention, the room was pre-decorated with table cloths and party themed utensils, all we had to do was bring cake and some decorative balloons. 5 stars, fully recommend. :)

We celebrated our daughter’s 9th Birthday and had Sara as our host. She was patient, organized fun games to keep the kids entertained, and knowledgeable and helpful for the beginner skaters. Most importantly, the kids had a blast. I highly recommend them for your next party.

This is a great place! I wish I had known about it before. My daughter is enjoying her skating classes and public skating here.

We celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday. Our host, Alex, was wonderful. She quickly connected with the all the kids, help with every detail, and was a pleasure along the way. We look forward to our next trip to Ice Factory.

The team at The Ice Factory were great. This is the third birthday party we have had here. Our party host spent a ton of time with the kids. The party room was fun. It was all around a good time. I will continue to book birthdays with them.

My kids take ice skating classes here. They love it. All staff are super nice.

We celebrated my son's birthday party there, he turned 5 and it was great! Isabel was our party heroe and she was awesome, parents and kids had a blast! Everything was better than I thought. I definitely recommend booking a party with them and probably will use them in the future 🤩😍

We love Axel's skating school. From ages to 14 to 7, my kids have a blast!

I love taking lessons at the ice factory. Jenny, Becky, Camille, sia, are just some of the few that I have worked with. They are all amazing. If you want to learn to skate there is not better place than this. The price is great but the quality is even better.

Went to go check it out and learn more because my daughter wants to learn how to ice skate. Walked around tried to talk to staff - one made eye contact, none spoke to me. I genuinely felt unwelcome. I left after 5 minutes. It smelled nice inside though.
