Waited 15 minutes at the door. Chose another restaurant.

Restaurant was clean, staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. The cinnamon roll pancakes are awesome.

Dan is an amazing server and with a family of 5 with a bunch of kids screaming, yelling changing their orders and decisions. He’s unfazed and gave 10/10 service. Constantly checking on us and a positive attitude the whole way. Made my day easier and better.

I do usually enjoy IHOP and most experiences are straight forward. Not that this was terrible but the potatoes were undercooked and are server forgot about us for a bit. Not to put too much blame as it was busy. Just wasn't my usual excellent experience as I typically have at IHOPS. I'm guessing this is a one off though.

Dan the pancake man was phenomenal. They were short staffed and he was doing everything with a smile on his face!!!!

My first time at the IHOP on 192 in Kissimmee, DAN was my server. He was excellent all around. Good guy very funny. Come and see DAN at the IHOP. 6051 Parkview Village right next-door.
