Stopped in on a Sunday evening for our first visit to LongHorn, and overall we had a very good experience. The food was good across the board. The ribeye ordered medium was a little overcooked, but no big deal, and we did not find it overly spiced like some others mentioned. The ribs were definitely solid, a very good portion, fall-off-the-bone tender, minimal fat, and the BBQ sauce was good. The Tonion was good as well, though a little bland without the sauce. Fries were great. The service though was outstanding. Our server, Jessica, seemed to have back-to-back large tables, and the restaurant was starting to get pretty busy, but she did not miss a step. She greeted us promptly, was very patient and intuitive, sent drink refills without us even asking, and checked in with us several times. There was a slight delay with our food being delivered, but she kept us in the loop the whole time and never left us wondering where our food was. The food runner was also great. He was clearly busy as well, but still took the time to make the experience better, joked around a bit with the kids, and was very patient and friendly. Overall, very good experience and good food. We would definitely go back to this location. I was in the restaurant business for over 20 years in one way or another, and the service we received here is exactly how it should be: friendly, prompt, and efficient.

We were seated right away and then sat for twenty plus minutes without a server even acknowledging us. No drink order, no we will be with you in a minute, nothing. Finally got irritated and left. If i could give less stars I would. I would say the service was bad, but we never got served. Stay away from this location. They werent even busy, had open tables and no wait at door. 2pm on a Sunday.

We were sat upon arrival and then left in the booth and never a knowledged for over 25 mins. We got up and walked out at this point since no one could even be bothered to say they would be with us in a min..... Have NEVER walked out of a restaurant before.

Enjoyed time with my family. The food was great as well.

Cheyenne, our server, made the difference, very attentive, always on top of things. The appetizer and the steaks were great (the renegade and the flo), tender and delicious. Thank you

Not a big fan of this place, Alexis was our server, she seem nervous maybe she was new. Service was okay I guess. We ordered 4 flavored Lemonades and waited almost 20 minutes for them, when I asked her about our drinks when she brought out our appetizer she said oh I’m so sorry and ran off, so I’m assuming she forgot to ring our drinks in. She brought our drinks and ran off. She brought our food and we was missing 3 items. She didn’t check in with us, my mothers steak was made medium well when she ordered a medium rare and she didn’t like the way the steak tasted, my mother didn’t want to complain, and we also been waiting so long almost for everything, so she took the steak home to give to the dog. Almost all the food came out cold. I did had to get up and ask a server for steak sauce and waited 10 minutes before I got up again walked myself to y’all kitchen to ask for A1. just from observing everything y’all servers don’t know how to ask for help and they don’t know how to be team players. also maybe she needs to be retrained on how to check in with her guest. Overall I don’t recommend this place.

Service was good but their were issues with cleanliness. Black specks in water and sandwich bun had mold on the bottom. The service was good, and most of the food tasted good, but the mold on the bread was very concerning.

The cheese mushroom appetizer is incredible!

A comida é boa mas o atendimento não vale. Fomos atendidos no jantar por um homem negro de cabelo baixo e barba que nos cobrou o dobro da gorjeta que pagaríamos, voltamos no outro dia e pedimos o estorno para o gerente que falou que faria mas não o fez.

Great location, service is good, management is exceptional!

Longhorn is one of my go to places for dinner when I travel. A great experience tonight, the food and service was great. The rib eye and Mexican Street corn were were delicious.
