MCDONALD'S 38760

Worst experience ever at Macdonalds. Super long lines at the drive thru, if you come inside is even worst, why they install smart register to order if they never work right ? I came in today and I was charged for an ice frapuccino and after waiting almost 20 min then I was told the machine was broken. Why ? After 20 min ? Really ??? Wao what a great way to waist peoples time. Never going back there. Never. Shame on you Macdonalds.

Always fresh!

I went there to eat I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and there was something on the counter. My dress hit it and it ruined my dress and they’re saying that it’s my fault that my dress got ruined in their bathroom so be careful when you wash your hands in the bathroom because you might ruin your clothes.

Staff was kind and attentive.

This is definitely a corporate issue, but this McDonald’s deserves more attention than you allow it. It is the only escape from Disney property where McDonald’s prices are extremely inflated next to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. And the amount of work that these staffers have to do to accommodate the overflow of those people that aren’t willing topay the inflated prices. I only write this review because it is easy for corporate to write this off as a staffing issue. But this has nothing to do with staffing. This has everything to do with their ability to pay people to work at this particular facility. These people work hard to produce what they can, but the corporation does not allow them to Operate at full capacity given their location.

Fresh quick and friendly

After a 15 hour work day I went through the drive-thru and ordered a burger meal and chicken McNuggets. When they handed me my order she ask if I have the McNuggets and I said yes and is the burger in there too. She said yes then ask if the sauce was in there she said yes. The burger wasn't in there and after a call to them they said they couldn't remove the burger from the bill. I'm not going to spend 25 minutes on a round trip after a 15 hour work day. I will not be going to this or any other McDonald's again.

The worst customer service. The spaces are filthy, and they showed zero empathy regarding a request for an exchange. The manager, Barbara, spoke with contempt and discrimination. Incomprehensibly slow service. Waited 40 minutes in the drive-through just to be given the wrong order completely. For context I ordered two sausage McMuffins and a black coffee.

Sadly not the best visit!! We don't tend to eat at McDonald's often and this impromptu visit verified why. We ordered on the scene, it took a good a long time to get our order. People in front of us inquired about their order and it was sitting on the side. The girl in the yellow tabard wasn't calling out numbers loud enough. In the UK, an order number pops up on a scene above the collection point so its easy to see where you are in the queue (line) and when it's ready. There weren't any table number stands available either, we noticed people asking staff for them. Again in the UK these are available at the orderering screens and saves standing waiting! The staff had no oomph, everything was being done at a slow pace with no gusto. We eventually received our order but the meals were missing chips 🍟 other customers had the same issue 😕 We also asked for tomato sauce and 40 sachets were blonked on the table. Very excessive and wasteful. For a fast food meal, there was nothing fast about it. On a positive the vanilla milkshake was delicious!

Waited over 20 minutes for 3 cookies and a large sweet tea. I’ll be sure to make a reservation next time.

It took 30 minutes to get our food... NOT FAST FOOD AT ALL!!! The Burger was awful just the bread and a hard chicken!! They didnt even give us ketchup and mayo! NEVER PLANNING ON COMING BACK

This place is the worst not just for customers but also for delivery service drivers. The give you incomplete orders and confirm delivery orders without the food being ready.

For the nice community this McDonalds is in, I guess I expected...more. First of all, the trash was overflowing. Second, tables were filthy and when my daughter went to the counter for someone to wipe the table not one person acknowledged her. I went up and the girl at the counter just handed me a stack of dry napkins. Nice huh? So our food came out in a timely fashion and the 1st thing we noticed was a human hair in the French fries! Up to the counter again and the counter person offered NO apology or anything, just threw the fries away and got us a fresh order. Ok, so my daughter had ordered this new "Huntrix" meal that is being hyped everywhere and they forgot the sauces! I kid you not! So again up to the counter and they asked my daughter for her receipt to "prove" she asked for them. The bathrooms were not clean either. Tsk tsk ..McDonald's in Celebration, I foolishly was holding you to a higher standard and you didn't even meet what I get anywhere.

So slow getting through the drive thru and im tired of being pulled forward to save time on their clock
