The drive thru is always a waste of time I’m always being sent to a parking spot having to wait excessively this is the last time I come to this location for the drive thru

Fun fact, they close from ~3am-4am every day to switch over to their breakfast menu and cook the items. They told me it takes only 20 mins but it takes a while and that info is not posted anywhere

Dirty, slow, and employees just don't care. Please always check your food and condiments! Cold and items ordered are a consistent experience. Quick update, 9 months later, still the same. Just 😔, but the Mc rib is back!

I came here around midnight because pregnancy cravings demanded chicken nuggets with spicy mustard and a McFlurry. Since the lobby was closed, I had to join the massive drive-thru line. Little did I know, I was actually joining a music festival. After 15 minutes of absolutely zero movement, people at the intercoms started honking out of pure frustration. Did the workers speed up? Nope. We sat there for another 20 minutes, completely trapped because the line had wrapped all the way around the building. That’s when the entertainment started. People were literally leaning out their windows yelling, “I just came here for nuggets!”—which was hilarious because, same. Then, the car stereos turned on. My fiancé joined in, and suddenly it was a full-blown battle of the sound systems to see whose bass could shake the McDonald's windows. Apparently, the bass finally woke the staff up. When we finally got our food, it was so rushed that half of my order was missing. But after a 35+ minute hostage situation, there was no way I was getting back in that line. 1 star for the food, 5 stars for the tailgate party.

I understand that workers get overwhelmed at times and mistakes happen. But when the mistake happens in the drive thru, because they gave you someone else's order, and then you have to go inside and wait for 15 minute's to find your order only to be given the wrong order again, what do you do? What do you do when the exact same scenario happens twice within the same week? Two days ago I return hoping for a normal experience this time, but nope...this time they told me to park in a drive thru spot so they could bring me my order. I sat for 12 minutes before I had to go in and get it. They got the order right except for forgetting the fries. Get it together guys! You've made going to one of my favorite fast food joints a hassle. An inconvenience. A waste of time. 😔

Very busy place for fast food. Prices are increasing to a point where you can almost go dinning in a restaurant. We ordered at curbside and it took 25 min. For the food to arrive.

Service was horrible...35 minutes for a carry out order. One lady was working really hard at the counter. No one else seemed to care.

Easy getting McDonald's and a little easier. Getting your order for some time. When you have to use the machine to take and put your orders in either. Sometime. You get your odors right there at the front counter.

Drive thru was backed up for a long time. I waited approximately 30 minutes because I couldn't get out of line. Staff was not friendly. No smiles. I imagine they were understaffed but it is customer service. I'll never use the drive thru again.

Be ready to wait at least 30 mins for one cheeseburger in drive thru!!! Absolute worst McDonalds in whole Florida!

It's hit or miss. Went to the drive through, no greeting. Waited about 6min and just left. Happened 3 times already. Won't be coming back

Walked in and amd ordered my food at 648pm didn't get my food until 718pm so unacceptable and no one cares so unprofessional asked for a manager on duty and manager never came out need new manager

Every time I go here, I regret my decision every time. Decided to get double quarter pounder with ONLY EXTRA MUSTARD and when I get home, every freaking topping is on that thing, it was more like a salad than a burger. And when I take a bite after taking off the toppings the meat was pink on the inside. But since I was really hungry, I decided to eat it. BIG MISTAKE. After like two minutes of eating it, my stomach was like “ it’s gonna come out one way or another” I raced to the bathroom, didn’t even have time to lift the toilet seat, then the volcano erupted, it comes out so chunky and thick, it looked like giant brown oatmeal. My meal was the only meal like this everyone else was fine. Next time I’m going to panda express. Other than that, the french fries are still good.

Worst McDonald's ive ever been to up and down the east coast. 30+ minutes waiting in the drive thru for food ordered through their app. No care given by employees, its all fun and games to them while $5/gal gas is wasted sitting in tbe drive thru. Whole staff needs to be fired and start over.
