MCDONALDS 11085

I honestly should be putting zero stars. This McDonald’s always forgets something in my order every now and then. I go thru the drive thru, I call the manager for once and there was no help at all. Just a horrible experience and not a helpful team.

Seems like no one in kissimmee has ever worked service, fast food, retail etc. Have some patience. Have grace. Don't talk down to people because everyone is equal. They're trying to make money for their families and yelling at people over some pickles on your sandwich is really strange behavior. Be kind! Just get a new sandwich.

Pésimo servicio. Hice mi orden para comer alli. Le pregunto aúna empleada y la malcriada me dijo que no me podía atender esta trabajando hoy sábado 27 de junio turno de noche. Le sirvieron la comida a otras mesas que estaban alli y la de nosotros nada.. Espere como 2 minutos mas me levanto y le pregunto por mi orden a otra empleada y me pidio disculpa me la hizo ya que no estaba.. Y me la dan a mitad. Mal servicio...Me estuve que llevar la comida..

I went to make a purchase today, June 21st, at 4 a.m. At first, they refused to sell to me, claiming their card system was down. I withdrew cash from the bank next door—just a minute away—but when I returned, they told me the system still wasn't working, simply as an excuse not to make the sale! The manager is unprofessional; the day before, I had ordered bacon added to my food, but it turned out they hadn't included it in any of the orders.

I waited in line for over 40 minutes to place my order. I asked for two combos, but when they went to ring me up, they only charged me for one. I told them I had ordered two, and their response was that if I wanted the second one, I would have to get back in line. Terrible service.

They be giving orders to the wrong people all the time, took like 20min for mi Uber eats and then gave me the wrong order, I tell them, another 10 minutes, and then they come to me and say "we don't have that one"... Yes man, you don't have it because you gave it to someone else.

TOOK MY ORDER CHARGED MY ORDER MY DRIVER WENT TO GO PICK UP MY ORDER JUST TO BE TOLD THEY ARE CLOSED!!! THE STAFF HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE AS WELL!!!

No milkshakes or smoothies after midnight… SMH!

i’m sure i rarely ever give reviews but i have to say i’ve been to this mcdonald’s since 2020 and for the past 4 months it has been the worse service ive ever gotten. management has been very unprofessional w other guest including myself, food quality has been deteriorating and multiple guest as i’ve been there have agreed. on top of that messing up orders and being short staff. it needs a change or to close down… because it’s so unfortunate when you feel like your money was wasted even if it was at a fast food.

Fix that damn blinking light. It’s been blinking for 3years.
