Very clean and friendly staff

Pulled up to the drive thru at the same time as another car and waited. The other car got done and pulled forward, then the lady asked me to please wait. A minute later another car pulled in. Then THEY pulled forward. I complained, and the lady excused skipping me because she had asked me to wait. First world problems, I know, but if the workers aren't competent enough to push the intercom button in the correct order, I don't trust them to make the crappy food correctly.

Finally! A McDonald's that got my coffee right!

I just wanted to recognize Erica and José for the incredible job they do at this McDonald’s. Today was extremely busy, but Erica handled everything with professionalism and urgency. Every single time I pick up an order from this location, she’s constantly moving, solving problems, encouraging her team, and making sure customers and delivery drivers are taken care of. She has a fantastic attitude and clearly leads by example. José is also excellent—he’s always helpful, efficient, and works great alongside Erica. The two of them make this location stand out from many others. Great employees like these deserve to be recognized. Erica especially has outstanding leadership skills and absolutely deserves a raise. Thank you both for all the hard work you put in every day!

I don't like much from mcdonalds but the nuggets. Everything else is mid

This place is not open 24h. They close at 3 and will not reopen until breakfast. They denied us drive thru Service. If it’s not going to be open 24h then update your hours. Staff was inside and was responding to the drive thru microphone but said they had stopped taking orders until breakfast which would be hours later. Incident happened 6/26 at 3am shift.

Terrible service. We went through the 1st drive thru, these people didn’t even have any costumers outside yet I had to repeat to this guy my order over and over again and he kept disappearing for 4 minutes. We never got to finish the order so we just decided to pull up to the window and this other girl was also in another world, we had to repeat our order over and over again for like 5 minutes to this girl (mind you it was two mocas, medium fries a bottled water?) and then we pulled up to the other window and waited about almost 8 minutes for two mocas and they didn’t even put my bottled water on the order, they just gave me a free small cup of water.

The manager of this McDonald’s Naty as well all staff are not well prepared to work at this or any location make Franchise looks bad.

Worst experience ever. The restaurant was over crowded and we had to wait 90 min for our food. When I went to ask the staff about our food they were rude. So I asked for a manager and she was just as rude and unapologetic. I will never return to this McDonalds again.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a hot drink, but after waiting nearly 30 minutes, they handed me an ice cream instead. I asked to exchange it, and as I approached another 30 minutes of waiting—making it nearly an hour in total—I just left without taking anything, even though I had already paid. Don't waste your time and money.

Best breakfast ever

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrendous experience. The lady at the window was yelling, she gave us attitude for just taking our order and they had nothing available. Don’t go here, go to literally any other McDonalds.
