My waitress was Angel he was attentive and answered all the questions that I had. The cook Jose did amazing job with the food. It was delicious, I had the shrimp pasta. Music was nice. I will definitely will be coming again!

Realmente fui dos veces cada una más decepcionada solamente se enfocan en poner música de un género y el sitio lo visitan varias nacionalidades además el trato de las camareras fue bueno pero a la hora de que tengas que retirarte del lugar el de seguridad fue bien grosero casi tuvimos que dejar las bebidas porque ni tiempo para poderlas acabar nos dio el ambiente no está tan mal pero realmente creo que no regreso al sitio pero bueno cada quien tiene su propia experiencia eso sí traten después de la 1 de la mañana no pedir bebida casi no da tiempo porque cierra a las 2 y te sacan a patadas casi

Terrible service. The bartender took a long time to bring me my drink, and when he finally gave it to me, it had a strange taste.

Great time and atmosphere

This is a great spot for socializing with friends and families to spend time and have a great time, food is exceptional as well.

Service was just about the worst I have ever had, almost as if sevice didn't even exist. My fiance got her cocktail while over 20 minutes went by and I never got my single glass of wine. We ordered calamari and 20 minutes later had another person come out and ask what we ordered. At this we asked for the bill and took nearly 10 attempts on 2 different credit cards that trust me had credit before he could machine to get it to go through. Honestly im afraid we charged multiple times. This place needs to go out of business. Every other in downtown Kissimmee is worth going to before even entertaining the idea of walking into this place. Facts.

What a disappointment! We drove a half n hour to find out the regggaeton room was closed on a Saturday.

The place is really very good. The music, food, and service are all excellent. However, we had one unpleasant experience. After dinner, we ordered a second bucket of beer and asked the waitress if we could sit at one of the available tables in the fenced area downstairs. She said it would be fine, and there would be no problem. When we arrived, they had even offered us a table in that same area, but at the time we preferred to sit at the bar. Unfortunately, shortly after we sat down, someone came and asked us to leave because that area is only for customers who purchase a bottle, something that had never been explained to us. We felt embarrassed having to stand up and leave after being told it was allowed. This policy should be communicated clearly to avoid situations like this.

I love the nightlife. Wish it got more packed but the drinks are good and the food as well.
