Worst place ever!!!!!!! We came in at 12am for a late check.called at 8pm to make sure we could do that and to conf our king size bed everything was fine. When trying to check in the clerk took our deposit and then said we don’t have a king size bed you will be given a double queen. We said that’s not fair obviously we conf earlier everything was in order and there is a price difference and you already charged us for something we did not ask for. The man said oh maybe a manager can speak to you in the morning I could make a note. We were upset asked for a manger the man got upset said he was refusing our service that he didn’t need to deal with us. I kept persisting for a valid reason he said by law he can refuse service and to leave because he was calling the police. I said that’s fine give me a document stating the reservation was canceled and no charge would be made he continued to refuse to give it to us told us we were trespassing we have the full charge on our card we don’t have his name we have no one to complain to and now no hotel to stay at when we are not from this area.

We booked this hotel as a last minute 1 night stay in Orlando. When we walked into the reception, we were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor. However, when we made our way to the third building to our room, the musty, damp smell of each building made was massively off putting. We were on the 2nd floor in the 3rd building, and our air con unit was that loud we had to turn it off during the night- I have a feeling it was broken. It was a clean room, but dated…a drastic contrast to the reception area. We left early in the morning so didn’t experience the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, fine for a cheap night’s stay, but I urge the management to consider cleaning the carpets in all buildings- that smell was really off putting.

Interesting spot. If they put a few more dollars into the rooms, they could obtain better ratings. Don't get me wrong...for the price the rooms are pretty good. Just some easy fixes could promote a better experience for the consumer. The grounds are very well maintained and there is attention and focus to cleanliness. Also....guess what...I haven't seen a single roach on the grounds, near the trash or in my room! Kudos on that level. I suggest they continue doing whatever they are doing to manage that. Especially when EVERYTIME I STAY AT A WESTGATE LOCATION I SEE AT LEAST TWO!!! (IN MY ROOM FOR THAT MATTER!) In conclusion...if youre on a budget and just need to lay your head down without the inflated rates and cleanliness is your baseline concern this is your spot.

When I booked this hotel through Capital One, the reviews were not promising. I got an amazing deal, so I decided to give it a chance. When I got there, the customer service was so helpful, they even upgraded my room for free! The room was beautiful and there was no outside noise disturbing us. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was pretty filling. I would definitely come here again!
