Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Not every diner trusts the room — though the last inspection found little to support that. The staff is the sore point: those reviews average 2.6. How clean the place looks follows at 24% of reviews, where ratings average 1.8.
7 of 17 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower. More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 8 of 17. Whether food comes out hot shows up in 18% of reviews as well, averaging 2.3.
That matters because 24% of reviews raise cleanliness and rate it 1.8 on average — a complaint the inspection record does not support, since DBPR graded the kitchen an A (96/100). That result dates from November 5, 2025. That puts it ahead of 69% of graded kitchens in Osceola County. What the inspector actually wrote up: storage & handling of clean equipment and utensils and floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on plate size, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

I have been coming to this panera bread for 6 months. One time I ordered broccoli cheddar soup in bowl of bread. The soup soaked into my bread leaving me only a few spoons of soup to eat. I was not happy the African American manager channel not sure if I spelt her name correctly refused to do anything about my disappointment lunch so I decided I will never buy lunch here ever again. Just a couple of days ago the same manager Channel I saw her giving one of the sweetest employee that works there she was giving her a hard time. She is so cruel. The managers at this restaurant are horrible young not professional at all. You walk in there most of them ignore you. The other day a panera bread corporate person showed up management was running around fast cleaning windows trying to pick up dirty dishes wiping tables. Too bad corporate does not show up on a daily basis most of the time the tables are filthy including the floor. One time I opened the door the wooden handle dropped crashed down on the ground. That girl Channel had no effects just a normal day for her the employees said it never got fixed properly. They need new managers working at this store that is my opinion. I am not impressed at all.

The morning crew are amazing! For the daily-regulars, they remember your name and your favorite order.

11:45 5/20/26 My husband saw an employee in washroom did not wash hands. I encountered a cashier who tinkled on the seat but did wash her hands. Salad was good, but will not return to this location!

Worst experience with the cashier . No customer service at all. Kitchen Staff very good in customer service .Food Quality ok. Coffee station almost no coffee and cold.

Most disgusting, rat-infested, roach-infested, moldy hot mess. Do NOT eat at this Panera if you value your life. This place seriously needs an inspection because the management acts like newborn babies with no idea what they’re doing. How do you get into a position of power and not know how to properly run a store or even the basics of keeping it clean? Skip this place. There are plenty of better spots around. Panera just isn’t it. Save your money and protect your health!

workers in the back are just making tiktok videos and not making my food they look like they have to much fun at work

I love Panera bread so much. The connivence of not only placing an order online to pick up in the curbside but also having the option of the drive though is incredible. The service is always quick, and friendly when visiting Panera bread. I love that inside dining or outside is an option, as today is such a gorgeous day. My go to when ordering is the tuna sandwich and the Caesar salad. Light, right, and delicious.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Panera location tonight. The posted closing time is 9 PM, but I was told they stopped taking orders at 8 PM with no notice. I sat in the drive-thru for a while, and employees were clearly looking at me but completely ignored me. There was no communication at the speaker or window to explain what was going on. I pulled up to the window and was still being ignored until I finally had to honk my horn just to get someone’s attention. Only then did an employee come to the window and tell me they weren’t taking any more orders. I understand closing procedures, but completely ignoring customers instead of simply communicating is poor customer service. It also seemed like there was little to no management presence, which showed in how the situation was handled. If you’re going to stop taking orders early, there should at least be a sign or someone informing customers at the speaker. Very disappointing experience.

Awesome experience. Great food

I am very disappointed on this locations, my mom and I tried to order a frontega sandwich with Italian bread instead of the regular it comes with. They literally just gave me the whole Italian sandwich instead of meeting my accommodations. I tried talking to the cashiers and they had such a lack of empathy, then the manager came and she was not even trying to be nice, they gave me a frontega regular AGAIN not meeting my accommodations, and after I had to talk to them again and after all of that they fixed it but they made me paid for a brand new sandwich like it was my fault. Also all 3 sandwiches they gave me had such a bad presentation, they definitely need to work of their food quality and presentation and their employees customer skill. Such a bad experience

Best service wonderful and fresh food awesome manager.

We love the food choices and how quick the service is here, and come often. What they could do better about is the dining room cleanliness. It’s 3:00 and maybe there was a lunchtime rush- but the floor and tables need attending to every time we come no matter the time. Whatever happened to the days that there was a dining room attendant that was pleasant and cleaned? And where is the suggestions box - we just want the feedback to be taken seriously and help this location thrive because we love everything else about it

This is my neighborhood Panera. I have been visiting this Panera since it opened. I noticed lately when I visit after 5:00pm. It looks nasty, all table are dirty, trash all the way to the top and the soda it’s out. What it’s happening !!??? I might have to start going to another Panera ..
