What diners say — our read

Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. Reviews mentioning the staff average 3.0 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, freshness appears most often — 30% of the corpus, averaging 2.3.

What nobody raises here is pacing — it goes unmentioned across all 10 reviews. The corpus runs from Nov 2025 through May 2026 — not a single moment in time. 5 of 10 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 5 are two or lower. More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 5 of 10.

The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (97/100) with 3 basic violations. That result dates from March 2, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 77% of graded kitchens in Osceola County. With only 10 reviews on file, individual visits carry a lot of weight in every figure above. What the inspector actually wrote up: wiping cloths and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.

The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

    Great lunch

Very unprofessional, the restaurant closes at 8pm. My family walk in 9 min before and they said it has to be to go because we close in 9 min… is unacceptable how management do this to customers to cut overtime and hours. Making poor customer service decisions. That’s how businesses lose money and therefore they close locations. Good luck keeping this one open

Ordered through door dash several times however I never get the entire order on average 1/3 to 1/2 is missing every time the French onion soup is would recommend going elsewhere sometimes it's great and done properly the next time it's all onion and no broth and is kinda dry the time after that will be a bowl of broth and cheese that's another issue sometims they Member to put it in the rest will not get put in. I have attempted to reach out through door dash and by call the store but no resolution and always get the same response sorry it won't happen again and the next time I order it happens again. AVOID THIS LOCATION ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU DONT GET YOUR ENTIRE ORDER IT ON YOU AS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

One of the sandwiches is soggy and the other is missing half of its fillings . When you order food to go you will get bread with cheese and onion. Airplane food is better .

I tried doing this on the app via customer service to not fully blast y’all but it’s not working whatsoever to even submit the issue. I’ve ordered from this restaurant a couple times before and had issues, but I know mistakes happen everyone is human, so I never reported the issue(they weren’t that big of deals to me). HOWEVER today is a whole different story. My sandwich that I ate half of already, and working on the other half had MUD caked all on the bread and arugula. I had mud all within my mouth and I’m literally disgusted. I’m a first time mom, I’m breastfeeding and need food to be able to do that and this is what I paid for and get. I’m so disgusted and getting sick of what I possibly could have ate. It’s one thing about missing things but this is about safety and quality control or lack thereof.

Sigh. I've had numerous issues with this location for orders being correct. I just did a pick up order and my salad was missing chicken (chicken is literally in the name), and the dressing. I called and was told I could get a refund on that salad, but it would have been nice to been offered a refund on the entire order. My suggestion is to check your food before you even leave.

Food was standard Panera food. Nothing out of the ordinary. Staff takes customers as another day at work.
