Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The 4.3-star average is misleading — almost nobody actually rated it that. Front-of-house cuts both ways here, averaging 3.8 among the reviews that raise it.
Of the 19 rated reviews, 16 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below. No one in this corpus comments on how much food arrives at all. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (13 of 19).
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (98/100), with 2 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was June 10, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 85% of graded kitchens in Osceola County. For specifics, the last inspection cited dishwashing facilities and wiping cloths.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Ask for a drink menu guy had an attitude and aggressively pointed at the menu then I come back to try and order he purposely Ignores me and lets four people jump in front of me. Good job brother!

Love my experience here. The bartender was charismatic and made my day. Pretty sure his name was Nick. Suggested I try a drink I’d never had before and I loved it. I appreciated that he asked for my ID despite me clearly looking over 21. A classy, beautiful place like this, I’d hate to think they were letting underage patrons drink here so I was grateful for his thoroughness and adherence to the rules. He made all of us feel comfortable and safe, which I appreciated, and he gave me great advice on things to do for the remainder of my stay. I will definitely come back!

This place sucks don’t ever book here it may be nice but the bartender, Nick was super rude and disrespectful to me and my Wife and would not serve us ( yes we are both 21 and provided driver’s licenses). Definitely don't recommend Nick as a bartender he must be a new worker because he didn’t even know anything about the resort when I asked him.

Inolvidable

Beautiful property! My family rented an AirBnB on-site and it was wonderful. We especially loved that there was 24/7 security at the gate. It was a great piece of mind especially having young kids. The community overall was very well maintained.

Can't fault the location or the area.

Not a hotel but a gated resort with rentable vacation homes. Beautiful resort with great amenities. Bar and grill, coffee shop, ice cream counter, splash pad, pickle ball, movie theater, etc. Good family atmosphere. Great way to save money for parks and entertainment is to rent a vacation home rather than spending so much on a hotel.

Experiência maravilhosa com a minha família.

Great location. Pool was ok. Gets kind of boring after day 1 or day 2. Lots of chairs there though. Everyone we met there was fantastic with the exception of the security service. We had a pretty raucous crowd in the villa behind ours. They started BOOMING music. We tried to make the best of our patio, but we're pushed inside by the loudness. It was so loud, I couldn't hear the security guy on the phone INSIDE my villa. They said, nothing they could do since it wasn't quiet hours. While I do understand and think everyone should be able to enjoy their vacay with some music, I shouldn't be able to hear it from our villa with the doors and windows shut. So ultimately, unable to use our place for the day because security refused to do anything. We're debating if we will be back or not. That part of things left alot to be desired

I own here. Our unit has been redesigned and is a smart home. The community is great with a great community area and great staff! Super close to Disney and more affordable than most hotels. Rent a car and have a wonderful vacation!!

Rented an Airbnb in this resort under 20 minutes from disney. Perfect location and the house was excellent with all amenities and a lovely heated pool. The communal pool could have been heated a little more but generally great fun for the kids with slides etc. Checkin could be better the security didnt have our details when we arrived
