This place is a hidden gem!! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Zuri and Patrick. They were so friendly and helpful with everything. The customer service was outstanding and every request I had was answered with sure, no problem! They made me feel so valued and special and it really made for sure a smooth and pleasant trip. Our place was so spacious and we never had to fight for a chair at the pool. That is something I hate about other places. There is security on site and they were always present. If you passed by any of the staff you were always acknowledged with a cheerful hello and that says a lot. The grounds were well kept and you don’t need to pay to park here. Something else I just hate that places do. You are located close enough to all major attractions, great places to dine but far enough if you don’t want to deal with all that. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

It was a wonderful experience until the morning of checkout. Checkout time was at 11:00 and at 10:00 they started knocking on the door. First it was housekeeping which was ok because half of our party had checked out and front desk was given the keys so I assume they thought we were all gone from the room, but bout 10 minutes later, the door was unlocked by maintenance and he banged on the door once he entered the room as I was undressed stating there was still someone in there. I felt somewhat uncomfortable and I'm still trying to figure out why maintenance would bang on the door and open it without knowing if anyone was inside when there was no maintenance request..would I recommend? Yes, I would. Just make sure your top lock is fully bolted while you lodge at this location

We have gone two years in a row to stay at parkway. 4 of us the first time and just my daughter and I the second time. The location is great! Close to convenient stores, gift shops, restaurants (Try the Turkish Istanbul grill just behind the property!) and an easy enuf drive to all the parks and attractions (20-30 minutes) the rooms are clean, the beds are supportive and comfy enough. I love that we have a full kitchen, The pool is great, the hot tub is great. ALLLL of the staff that we encountered over5 night stay was so kind and accommodating. It’s a very peaceful family friendly vibe. They just recently got bought out by Hilton so I’m hoping the price doesn’t sky rocket! It has been such a blessing to stay here at such an affordable rate!

Seems to be a converted apartment complex, staff are welcoming and friendly and helpful, close by everything and great rates for what you get. We enjoyed our quick stay.

Recently undergone a remodeling. Nice and clean spacious suites. Sad to see the nature walk closed and tiki bar is open 3 or 4 days a week now, maybe.

The condo was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos online. The entire property was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It was also reassuring to see security personnel present during both the day and evening. The on-site amenities included a tennis court, sand volleyball court, swimming pool, ping pong tables, fitness center, and a welcoming community center. The property also hosted community game nights, which added to the overall experience. One feature that really stood out was the text messaging service. Being able to communicate with staff at any time via text was convenient and greatly enhanced the guest experience. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this property to others looking for a clean, well-maintained, and guest-focused vacation destination.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a very memorable experience. My family and I were really impressed with our stay! Not only did it offer the space we needed for our kids but its also had a full size kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry amenities. It offered a kiddie pool for toddlers and babies, a pretty big pool for most other swimming and a hot tub. The service was great too! There was security walking around and constant room service walking around too! I went to take my garbage out and they stopped me and told me if i needed anything at all to call and they would take care of it and then continued to take the bag from my hand. Only thing i would like to see improved is when we first got there, there was a musty smell in the air and my allergies reacted to it so i had to sleep with the screen door open the first night to air it out. Good thing they had screened in balconies!! No bugs!!! But for the price we paid im not upset at all!

Within about 10 minutes to all Disney parks! Rooms were pretty nice--somewhat dated in areas, but still nice. Comfy beds. Full little kitchen, which was great, and even a little washer and dryer.

I was staying in building G, apartment G102, which is on the ground floor, when I woke up on May 13th and found a cut in the screen of my apartment's balcony, a straight cut that looked like it had been made with a knife/box cutter. I complained at reception and the person who attended me said it couldn't have been anything. I insisted they call security and check the camera to see what had happened. The security guard returned looking frightened, saying that someone had tried to break into my apartment to rob me, and the receptionist just told me to keep the balcony door locked. I expected some kind of action, as I started to feel very unsafe in the building and asked to at least be moved to an apartment on a higher floor, which was granted after much insistence. Be careful if you are staying in the top buildings, especially on the ground floor.

Service at front desk & concierge was excellent! The room was nice, clean, quiet & had everythingwe needed. Our only negative would be the size of the master bedroom shower. It was tiny & door wouldn't stay shut. Great stay.

Bravo pour votre hôtel nous avons passé 14 nuits nous sommes 3 amis et c’était super agréable d’avoir chacun notre chambre et 2 salles de bain et 2 WC. Machine à laver c’est super pour laver tout notre linge et la cuisine très bien équipée. Le personnel de l’hôtel est attentionné, dévoué, trouve toujours des solutions. Le tout à côté des parcs Disney. Et le prix beaucoup plus intéressant que les hôtels Disney. Je recommande complètement. Merci

It is tucked away in a quiet, wooded area right off the main strip, so it is super peaceful but close to everything. ||The two-bedroom condos are huge, clean, and come with a full kitchen and in-unit laundry, which was a lifesaver. The pool and Tiki bar are great, and you cannot beat the space for the price. I would definitely stay again!
