PIZZA HUT

Terrible service took 45 min and it was a slow Tuesday.

Ordered here a couple times. Very friendly staff. Food was delicious and hot. Will definitely be coming back

This place needs to be for to go order and delivery because they don’t have the time for dine in, I set forever waiting The pizza was ok nothing to brag about,

No nos atendieron nunca estaban con los pedidos mientras nosotros estabamos sentados para el servicio, despues de un rato nos acercamos al mostrador y nos dicen que no van a atender las mesas por que tenian mucho pedidos. Si es asi no dejen el paso a las mesas o pongan un cartel para informar a sus clientes nosotros por lomenos no volvemos mas.

Comida muito boa! Atendimento demorou um pouco…

I have been waiting for 25 minutes for 2 pizzas.\nTook ten minutes for the gentleman to even acknowledge me. I understand if they are understaffed , but there is no reason to be so rude!!!

I wish they'd bring back the old Pizza Hut where you could you just go sit down rather than be ordering it and then basically carrying it out to a residence

It so nice to finally visit an actual Pizza Hut restaurant. The staff was limited but still happy to serve us. We miss the walk in restaurants, so many have been replaced with takeouts. Thanks for adding to our happy day.

I went with my mother to buy pizza for both of us and my mother tried to use a coupon that works for her two times already in the previous week and the employee ("Ruth Anne") in the counter screamed at my mother only because my mother asked to try the coupon code that the worker in the previous Pizza hut where the coupon did work told her to tell the one in the counter to type in ‏and in the end after she told her that the deal is already expired and that you need two of the same pizzas to make it work ( I wanted stuffed crust and she wanted a regular pizza) she "gave up" and actually tried it and the coupon worked and while we ate she ‏gave me and my mother nasty looks. But I give it 2 stars because the food was actually good and came hot and with a lot of sauce that I suspect the cook did on purpose to sort of makeup for is colleague)

Llegamos con grandes expectativas lamentablemente, la pizza literal NO TENIA QUESO, los champiñones negros, me pedí la súper suprema, y de súper no tenía nada, se demoraron 1 hora en traer mi pizza, era de noche me congelaba de frío 🥶 con tantos ventiladores prendidos.

Great mostly original dine-in Pizza Hut experience. The ladies working here are great and the pizza was perfect.

Gluten free option not available but in the menu. Service was great though.

On April 7th we ordered pizza over the phone and was told 15 minutes it would be ready. When we arrived we were not greeted, the woman manager would not even acknowledge me. She was banging pans and appeared hostile. I nice tall man helped me and I paid for my order, he said it would be up soon. I stood for another 48 minutes being completely ignored, i watched tons of people pock up their orders. There was another woman with her daughter that was waiting, when she complained she was offered a different pizza. I was so upset as we traveled all day and just wanted our food. The small woman manager was so incredibly rude to me said my pizzas were just not available and told me to go to McDonald's if I wanted food. She refused to give me her name and refused to serve me. I got a refund and was robbed over an hour of my time. I told hotel personnel who also said worst service ever at that pizza hut. The hour I was there I saw cutting utensils fall on floor and continue to be used. The environment was not sanitary and I cannot believe this woman would be in charge. What is wrong with people. I felt bad for the other workers to have to deal with her. Pizza Hut in Kissimmee FL do BETTER!

Order placed 30min prior to arrival for carry out when app said 20-25min. After arrival, waited an additional 45min at the store. One pizza was ready, but not placed in a warmer, so got cold. Staff forgot to make second pizza, then never made second pizza as ordered. Multiple other customers came into stor and ordered at store and their pizzas were made and given. One staff member finally said for the second time our second pizza was not made. Finally given a second pizza and did not have the toppings as ordered. Finally got all of our items (incorrectly made) after waiting a total of 1hr 15min FOR CARRYOUT! Other customers also experienced similar while there. This restaurant should not continue to stay open/operate with this type of horrible service.

TLDR; Please stay away if you like your food hot and have a hangry toddler. I ordered delivery at 10:59pm. My order arrived at 12:25am…. At first it was arriving at 1130, then 1140, then 12 then 1210 and finally 12:25am. The food was cold and it was very frustrating, especially with a hungry toddler. The delivery is made through DoorDash and DoorDash ended up giving compensation (after the 3rd time calling). It was most definitely Pizza Hut fault because my first dasher was waiting at Pizza Hut for over 30 mins before cancelling on me. It took a while in finding a second dasher.
