Worst place to order from. Over 3 hours late. Never received food. Unable to cancel

I received 2 pizzas. I received them 1 1/2 hours after I ordered it. When I opened both pizzas, they where burnt on the top and were not eatable. I made a late order admittedly, but there is no excuse to send them that way. They must have shut down the oven early.

Ordered a single one topping pizza and had an estimate of 35 minutes to be ready, arrived after the 35 minutes and waited for an hour and a half longer. Saw delivery drivers constantly coming in and out with pizzas the whole time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Everyone in the store is very nice but the food what’s going on ? I ordered bacon on it and you can hardly see it on the pizza I was really upset I love bacon and it’s the thing that has the less off it that I could able think off

I ordered a medium pan pizza. I received a medium thin crust pizza. The receipt said it was supposed to be pan - it was incredibly thin. The person looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. After tax, this single pizza was just shy of $24 on a takeout order. Paying above going rate for below market rate pizza only for the order to be wrong is just unacceptable. I went back, got my money back (after putting up a bit of a fight), and then went to their competitor next door and got a much better product for nearly half the price.

Placed order prior to arriving. Order Ready. There was only one cashier, I was there for around 10 minutes at the pickup/ place order line. He was on the phone taking an order. 2 customers in front of me. It took him around fifteen minutes to finish that order on the phone. He then walked back to I guess the kitchen area finally came back took the lady's order brought her her order. The next customer was a door dash order, which they didn't have, so the dasher had the cancel, be cause it wasn't ready,because they hadn't received it in time. So, I was literally in that line for around 30 minutes, not good customer service. If you don't have enough workers utilize your ordering online and pick up opposed to calling in to order which holds up your line.

Horrible place , horrible additude ,slowest service ever seen in my life might as well sit a restaurant. Wonder why minimum wage exist

Worst Pizza Hut Ever!! Ordered a Pizza at 9 p.m. and never arrived!

This was our first time visiting and everything was cook as ordered due too we had a big order the young lady that came out with our food was so polite ....

Pizza to take out. Small place but very friendly staff. Pizza isn’t bad but I think Pizza Hut has deteriorated the taste and quality over the years, its a shame, its not longer what used to
