Excellent value for money. From booking through to check-out, the staff were friendly, attentive and always happy to help. My room although slightly outdated, was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom, tea and coffee facilities, great air conditioning and a really comfortable bed—I slept very well throughout my stay. Unfortunately I missed breakfast, but it was nice to see there was still a selection of snacks and other items available. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle buses to the parks. My only suggestion would be adding a later return service, as the final shuttle leaves at 10:50pm, which is a little early considering some parks stay open until 11pm. I missed it one evening… entirely my own fault for losing track of time! Overall, I’d happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay close to the parks.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The women staff were wonderful after my encounter with them on the phone and also at my time of check in. I had checked in at 330 AM and the woman staff even put a note for late check-out even though I told her we would be leaving around 8 AM. However, upon departure, the male staff did not even look up at me from his phone until I purposely spoke loudly to my son in a conversation to get his attention. I handed him my key card inside the envelope with my room number so I would not be charged for no return of the key card. Due to late check in and only having my 2 yr old son, I was given ONE key card. I checked out Friday, 4-5 hours after checking in due to joining family in a bigger condo. Come Monday, I was charged $5 for ONE missing key card even though I was given ONE key card at check in. I called to ask about it and was told that I didn't return my key card. I explained I stayed only for a few hours and was given one key card. Unfortunately, the unprofessionalism and rudeness from the male staff member I encountered on the phone plus the staff member at check out overshadowed my positive experience with staff before. He stated he would give me a refund and hung up without any additional encounter. Additionally, the bath tub was disgusting, covered in a dark film, and film around the drain. There was also a constant drip. I did not bring this up to staff due to my short stay. Would not recommend.

wanted to share an important safety concern from my recent stay. While walking in the corridor, I stumbled because there was a plastic bag left on the floor. It got entangled around my feet, and I almost fell. This was unexpected and could have caused a serious injury.||||I hope the hotel improves housekeeping checks in the hallways to prevent hazards like this in the future. The rest of my stay was fine, but safety in common areas should be a priority.

I plan a quuck, simple escape every year for my mom and I and sadly it was ruined this year. I tried to speak with a young lady at the front desk on the first night about my concerns for the room but she politely responded, " Sorry, we're working on the renovations. Again I spoke with the manager, Antonio Rijo, who was at the front desk during our checkout and was given a polite "I'm sorry". Nothing else...😔 While I appreciate a polite response, there should have been a response to "fix" the problem upon the original concern. If you have ANY other option...choose it! The room was old, smelled like mold, dirty bathroom, connections on TV didn't work, half the buttons on the remote didn't work, shower curtains were torn, most of the furniture was not the furniture shown online. The shower next door was so loud I thought they were in our room taking a shower. On top of all that the floor creaked or sounded badly in some areas. Unfortunately, my camera didn't get great pictures but take my word for it...run!

As a lone traveler I didn't like the room I was given first. It was way in back and a long way from everything. I requested a change in room and the desk person was very accommodating. The entrance to all rooms here is outside making me feel unsafe if I came back in the datk

The staff was pleasant, the bed was comfortable, but the property definitely needs a face-lift. There was an obvious sign posted apologizing for renovations, so hopefully things that need upgraded will be taken care of in the near future. Overall, a good place to stay overnight.

Great budget friendly hotel very very close to Disney World. We’ve stayed here twice and will keep coming back!

I have stayed here back in 2022 and was very impressed with the hotel. Now being back a few years later, they have definitely put in the work! The rooms look amazing and so does the lobby area. The person at the front desk was very nice and very helpful! Made our check in process simple and easy. The free breakfast had a nice variety and makes staying here worth it. My only complaints are that there some of the drawers were a bit wonky, and the bus service needs a bit of work. You have to take the hotel bus to one location (atm Hollywood Studios) then transfer to the park you want on disneys transportation (which doesn't start until about 10am). Then to get back, you have to go to their designated pickup spot (ATM EPCOT). Almost better off just driving to the parks at that point unless you plan to go to one of those parks or have park hopping. Other than that, this place is definitely worth the price and a great spot close enough to the parks without the hefty price tag!

The services were excellent; the room was very clean and cool. The service desk personal made my check in and out very pleasant. I will definitely stay with Quality INN by the Parks when I return to Orlando.

The service here is INCREDIBLE. Shout out Tezhana for making our stay. For real. We booked another location by accident and she worked her magic to get us a nice room for the same price. Beyond grateful 🙏 Rest of the staff was super sweet as well. All the ladies that work here rock. Beds are super comfy too. Not the ritz, but for something clean and simple near the parks can’t beat the price 👊

We loved our stay we stayed their due to a vacation getaway and we loved it we had access to the pool and our breakfast was included which food was good.

Overall good experience. Comfortable beds, good space, mostly clean. However, a key selling point was the free shuttle to the parks, and these were less than ideal. It arrived quite late, and the timings were very awkward. They only do one shuttle to Disney at 8:45 am and after that you have to take the monorail or skyliner to the other parks which can take quite a long time. The shuttle also stopped at other hotels and the driving was very rash and dangerous, which was not only unsafe, but added a lot of additional time to the trip. The only shuttle back was at 10:50 pm from Epcot but most parks close at 9:00 pm, so that was also very inconvenient. Overall good location, but the shuttle is not worth it if that is what you are staying for.

Wir können die positiven Bewertungen in keiner Weise nachvollziehen 1.) Zimmer Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts zwei Zimmer, da wir seitens des Hotels dazu aufgefordert wurden umzuziehen, da Renovierungs-/Bauarbeiten stattfinden (dazu unten mehr). In beiden Zimmern war so ein übler, beissender Geruch der meiner Meinung nach auch nicht gesundheitsfördernd ist. Es roch nach einer Mischung zwischen Holzpolitur und Schimmel. Die Klimaanlage bzw. die Betten sind so positioniert, sodass die Klimaanlage einen direkt ins Gesicht/auf den Körper bläst. Während die Klimaanlage in Zimmer 1 noch eine normale Betriebslautstärke hatte, war die Klimaanlage in Zimmer 2 verhältlnismäßig laut. In beiden Zimmern herrschte trotz Klimaanlage eine enorme Feuchtigkeit, sodass die ganze Kleidung klamm/feucht war. 2.) Die Bauarbeiten Wenn ein Hotel Bau- oder Renovierungsarbeiten vornimmt und man nur für 3 Tage das Hotel gebucht hat, dann sollte das Hotel in der Lage sein, die Zimmer so zu vergeben, dass den Gästen nicht spontan und ohne Ankündigung beim Einchecken ein Zimmer-Umzug zugemutet werden muss. Es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen dafür, dass wir aufgrund dieser Fehlplanung unsere ganzen Sachen in das neue Zimmer verfrachten mussten - zudem: Ging das wirklich von unserer begrenzenten Zeit ab, die wir in Orlando verbrachten. Absoluter Abschuss waren dann die Bauarbeiter, die frühmorgens um 7:30 Uhr begonnen haben, einen Maschine über das Hotelgelände zu fahren, welches von einem lauten,…

Não ficamos o dia todo no hotel, pois íamos aos parques ou compras o dia todo, mas chegávamos, a cama sempre arrumada, lixos trocados, toalhas trocadas, ficamos 18 dias, eu amei os funcionários, voltaria novamente. O café da manhã é bem simples, mas tinha maça e banana, q foi o que comemos na maioria dos dias.

Lo bueno del hotel es el precio y la ubicación. Si hablamos de las habitaciones, el olor a humedad que hay es terrible, y no las limpian. Estuve 4 noches, y ninguno de los días limpiaron el piso, solo tendían la cama y cambiaban las toallas. El ruido del aire acondicionado es intolerable durante la noche. Con respecto al desayuno, es regular, acorde al precio, asique está bien. En condiciones generales el hotel en sí, está bastante descuidado. Quienes trabajan allí, muy amables. Espero que puedan mejorar en cuestiones de limpieza, que es una de las cosas mínimas e indispensables. Saludos

After I read good reviews, I decided to give it a chance.| Not a beautiful building from the outside, but when we met Front Desk Agent Tezhana our five-star experience began. After a 4-hour trip to get to Orlando, Tezhana made the check-in experience enjoyable. She was pleasant, professional, courteous and informative. After our positive check-in experience, we found the rooms to be nice, clean, recently updated with new furniture and a comfortable bed. Whoever is trying to fix up this place is doing a pretty good job. Don’t get me wrong, its not the Four Seasons, it’s an old motel that they have made comfortable and nice with outstanding customer service. Good price, less than 15-minute drive to the Disney parks clean and comfortable.
