Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. La comida llegó muy rápido, todo estaba fresco, delicioso y con un sabor espectacular. Se nota la calidad de los mariscos y la langosta. Pero lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la atención. Quiero destacar especialmente a un señor mayor americano que habla un español excelente. Fue muy amable, atento, respetuoso y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Es difícil encontrar un servicio al cliente tan cálido y profesional. Sin duda volveré y lo recomiendo al 100% para quienes quieran disfrutar de mariscos frescos, un ambiente agradable y una atención excepcional. Si quieres que suene aún más auténtica, puedes agregar que era tu primera visita, por ejemplo: “Era mi primera vez visitando este restaurante y superó por completo mis expectativas. Definitivamente regresaré.” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adam, the server at the Red Lobster by Old Town was great! He was attentive and courteous to my wife and I. I definitely will be coming back!!!

Mary was our waitress and she was lovely. She told us she has worked for red lobster for 59 years. That is to be commended excellent food and excellent service.

The waitress wasn't in the mood to service people.

We were there for lunch, so, a lunch menu. And it was good.

Mary was our server she's so amazing, sweet and so attentive it made our experience so memorable she's a keeper I wish i could give 10 stars due to her service.

Mary was a timely & kind server. Fodd was just as it should have been. Flawless experience.

Miss Mary was amazing! She was super sweet and personable . She made our dinner very enjoyable.

Server was very attentive and made sure we got finished with soup before the main course was brought to the table. Food was properly cooked and served hot. 8/22/22 - Tried a new dish, Cheddar Bay Shrimp. Very tasty. And again, our server was awesome! 6/16/23 - went to Irlo Bronson location. Server was Adam A. Adam was the only one working the packed dining room but he did an awesome job of keeping all the tables happy. Orders were taken quickly and food runners got the food out while it was still hot. Drinks were always full throughout the meal. 11/23/24 - went to Irlo Bronson location again with a friend. Tried the new Lobster & Lanastino Pappardelle - the sauce tasted like it had vinegar as one of the ingredients, only one snack piece of Lobster, the langostinos were shredded into tiny bits, and the asparagus was not cooked. Definitely would not recommend. 6/2026 - great service and food

Mrs. Mary is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm personality truly stand out. She goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has a great experience, and you can tell she genuinely cares about people. It is rare to find someone who brings such positive energy and excellent service. Mrs. Mary deserves all the recognition for the incredible job she does!

This chain is very underrated. Lots of food for a very good price. Sometimes you pain the double for the same fish or shrimp in other restaurants.

My family and I enjoyed our dinner! Mary was our server and she was the sweetest. She provided us with some of the best service I have had! She was very attentive, friendly and made sure we were doing okay the entire time. Definitely would recommend this location and make sure Mary takes care of you!

My girlfriend and I had not been to a Red Lobster in years. I know the corporation recently came out of bankruptcy and is trying to do a turnaround. The food was basically a slight step above Long John Silvers. What I ordered looked like what I would get at that fast food restaurant, but with premium prices. I paid about $110 for two sodas, a bunch of friend nasty food "Admirals Feast", and an appetizer that came after we got our meals. The bathroom was disgusting with broccoli marinating in the urinal (that is a first, not sure how that even happened) and a huge puddle underneath the urinal. Red Lobster used to be such a great place to go, now it really just needs to go the way of Boston Market. It was great back in the day but there are so many better alternatives, and cheaper. Not sure how they will be able to stay in business operating like this. This is the last time I will ever be back to any Red Lobster. Such a shame how this restaurant has gone down hill. I don't leave reviews for restaurants, but I decided to make an exception because this was such a terrible experience. The only good thing was the waitress was nice and attentive. It is not her fault the state of Red Lobster's prices and low food quality.

My husband and I shared a shrimp/lobster/salmon plate which was very delicious! The waiter was quite rude, but nothing different from other restaurants in the region. I was with a group and we requested to split the check and my sister got the surprise of tip billed twice in her credit card.

Mary was absolutely wonderful! Always so warm!

Mary was our waitress and nothing short of stellar. She should be training any new serving staff if she is not already doing so!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Came in for the Endless Shrimp, and the food was incredible, but what made the experience even better was our server, Mary. She was so polite, personable, and attentive the entire time. She truly took care of all our needs and made us feel welcomed from start to finish. Highly recommend the Endless Shrimp, but I especially recommend asking to sit in Mary’s section. Top-notch service all around!
