REGAL THE LOOP

We were on vacation and visited this cinema t see a movie. The bathrooms were so filthy and the smell of urine was unbearable!

Good parking 4dx was a cool experience. The customer service is nice but need to do better for customer who order online and have pick up location posted so people know where to stand for there stuff instead of just waiting by the corner register till someone who works there decides to attempt to help. That part was awkward everything else was fun and nice

This theater never has any promotional merchandise. The manager claims not to speak Spanish despite having a Latino last name (Hernandez). Cinemark offers better service.

Convenient But Inconsistent is the best example for this theater. Love how close it is to me and love the RPX and 4DX. I only go out to the movies to watch in premium formatting since I'd rather stay and watch at home if possible. If I pay a higher priced ticket for RPX/4DX I want it to be LOUD. Some nights they actually crank the volume where it feels almost like IMAX. Most of the time its not. Even for 4DX im used to having the 4D effects work during the movie trailers. Last time I was there it didn't start until start of the movie. And you guessed it! Volume was low as well and the lights where on for all the trailers and the 1st 10min of the movie where I had to go and ask about this. So take a gamble when you go to this place if you're going to RPX. If you want the best Regal in town you make the commute to Regal Pointe in Orlando. Thats a 5 star business over there. Once they actually keep the Volumes in this theater loud and consistent, i'll gladly change the rating. But other than that decent location and thearter

Amazing experience for movie night!!! They have brand new full length recliner seats as well as a pretty big food assortment at consesions. The theater is clean and the staff is super friendly to assist with any of your needs. Went to see "Disclosure Day" and while the movie left alot to be desired the theater did not disappoint in the slightest. Would definitely recommend this place to other movie goers!!!

Sean was a great employee he helped me by going to grab some candy that was yet to be restocked as I was in line for me. Very kind!

Always clean and great location, but could use better staffing at concessions and there's a higher than usual rate of kids hanging out talking during the movies.

I live 5 minutes from this movie theater and I never go to it for a reason. But a friend invited me and that's the location they wanted to go to so I chose to join them and was reminded why I don't go here and why I drive all the way to Orlando to go to another theater. The line for concessions was ridiculous we walked in at 1:50 and did not leave the line until almost 2:25 missing all of the previews. Then when we go to show our tickets there's one person a line all the way down to almost a concession stand why during summer on a Tuesday when they have the specials. Then I went to use the restroom The women's restroom mind you and it smelled like straight piss so disgusting. They will never ever get a dime from me especially since they are overpriced already and supposedly they renovated it doesn't look that much different and it smells like piss so did you really do anything.

I am deaf, and my experience at this Regal location on Tuesday was a complete failure of basic accessibility. I purchased tickets online to see Toy Story 5. When I arrived and politely requested a Closed Captioning (CC) device, the staff informed me they couldn't provide one because the tablets had no battery. How am I expected to enjoy a movie without captions? When I asked for a complimentary ticket to return another day when the equipment was actually charged, management refused, claiming "the price is different." While they eventually refunded my ticket, they refused to refund my online booking fee. I am penalized financially because this theater failed to maintain their equipment. Under the ADA, movie theaters must provide functioning auxiliary aids. Denying me access because you forgot to charge your equipment is a violation of my rights. This is America—disabled patrons deserve equal access and fair treatment, not to be turned away and shortchanged. I will be escalating this to corporate. Fix your equipment management immediately.

Selene the Shift Manager at the Regal Cinemas Loop location is AMAZING. She has always taken the time to listen, empathize and strive to provide the BEST service possible! When others would raise their hands up and give up, she is absolutely relentless in her pursuits to help you in the best way she can. She makes the experience at Regal a seamless and truly enjoyable one. The only regret my family and I have is that we didn't commend her sooner for all her efforts. The renovations are great but yesterday the movie kept freezing up (as if it were buffering). This happened at least 15 times during the movie, sometimes for over two minutes. I understand technical issues can happen but at no point did they send someone to tell us what was happening or offer apologies. The audience was left there for minutes at a time wondering if the movie was going to come back on or what. If it happened once I wouldn't mind so much, but over ten times with no acknowledgement from anyone? Kind of sloppy.

I have lived in Kissimmee for years, still remember when the movie theater was being built. I couldn’t believe how nice it looked the first time I saw the RPX theater. I used to drive all the way to Orlando but now I can just go close to home! I absolutely loved the 4D experience as well. I see they are making other changes as well, everything so far it is fancy and makes the experience 10x better. My boyfriend and I love coming here!

Clean and the staff was great. Went to see Masters of The Universe in 4XD. Great experience

During the day was quiet, nice and clean.

The infrastructure is classic and aesthetically designed. The managers and staff are very courteous, and the quality of customer service is superlative. The accomodation and modern sound systems are of the highest quality!! Regal Cinema (16) has to rated among the best in the US!
