Love this place!! Very clean, which is a MUST in this atmosphere where there's lots of adult activities going on!!! Staff are great, we love Payton and Tatum who are super sweet and attentive 🩷 However the DJ needs to play more variety of music! There's so many great tunes, artists and genres out there, with infinite choices why do we hear the same Playlist everyday, hearing the same songs 2/3 times in one day???? LITERALLY MILLIONS OF SONGS OUT THERE!!!!

We had a great time here ! The staff was amazing ! All bartenders were on point ! Definitely recommend for a good time !

It's all good until the overnight security guy, Henry Quinones, fabricates things about you to get you permanently banned from the resort. Keep having the review deleted, it'll just keep getting re-posted. Can't handle the truth?

The Service-maid Rosanna M. was very attentive and nice. Check in was top notch. George was awesome by getting checked in promptly and ready to answer our questions. I HIGHLY appreciate the acknowledgement your staff gave me for being a US Veteran.

Want to updated my review we where there couple weeks ago came to get a back from home want to shout out 2 DJ drift Joe did an awesome job he really great at reading the crowd he always does an amazing job 💯My husband and I frequent Secrets often we take the winters off and come back in the spring I would say we were regulars but not there all the time what we love the most about this place is we are always greeted with a warm friendly welcome 💓 we love all the improvements that have been done 💓 the security here is awesome Francis does an amazing job always love when she's working noone gets pass her💖 Jess and Jordan are fantastic 💓 and the bar staff is one of a kind 💓

My husband and i love going to Secrets. In fact, we will prob be back there this weekend. However I give it 3 stars (instead of 5) for two reasons: 1. The music almost always sucks in the club. I personally prefer light / rhythmic EDM, pop, house.. but it is ALWAYS the same early 2000s songs (I heard "Get Low" 3 times in a row at the last takeover event mid-May). I am so tired of dancing to the same played out songs. 2. They need to SELL NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE OPTIONS. There is only one or two jugs of water outside (if theyre not empty when its hot), and nothing other than tap or soda water from the bar. I hate that alcohol culture is so prevalent in a culture that should frown upon being inebriated. Provide options like Liquid Death, refreshers, literally anything that is in a can and isnt water or alcohol. Catch up to the times. Otherwise the people there are always awesome and staff is super friendly. Give me good music to dance to! Ive asked the staff every time weve gone to start stocking NA options and its been almost 2 years now to no avail. So hopefully a review gets more attention, idk.

Thank God for the security guards at this resort. They are able to spot trouble long before anything actually gets to be a problem. Specially shoutout to Josh and Jay.

This past weekend, my wife and I had the most memorable Memorial Day weekend. Although we missed our kids dearly, Secrets Hideaway made it worth every penny. This was our first time booking with Secrets, and we didn’t expect to have this much fun. The club and pool parties were an absolute blast. I ordered the guava wings with sweet potato fries, which were amazing, and my wife ordered the quesadilla, which was definitely big enough to share. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the entire team, but especially the bartender Slim, who truly made our experience seamless. She made incredible drinks, was very attentive and knowledgeable, and gave us great recommendations on things to do around the resort. The drag show was absolutely to die for, I can’t wait until next year!

The most amazing resort! Honestly the rooms excellent, housekeeping department are amazing: special mention to Yanina and Janet, also their manager Ariel Estremadeira (hopefully I spell right) is extremely attentive and attention to detail that’s the main reason W keep coming back and recommend it to our friends. Both the patrons and staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating — a rare combo that should honestly be celebrated more. Secrets handily beats its direct competition in the Pasco County / Tampa Bay area, which admittedly isn't a Michelin-star level of competition, but a win is a win. Full disclosure: as of this writing, it is a repositioned former Ramada Inn. Yes, that kind of repositioned. And no, there's no sit-down white table cloth restaurant — so plan your appetite accordingly. If you're well-versed in "the lifestyle" and have made peace with the word "motel," you will almost certainly leave here a happy, happy person. Now, a word of tough love for Florida: despite what several establishments' websites would have you believe, there is no true 5-star, upscale lifestyle resort in the Sunshine State. They do not exist. We checked. So this, dear reader, is the crown jewel of Florida lifestyle hospitality — for now at least. Adjust your tiara and enjoy.

The best lifestyle resort there is. We go frequently because of the awesome atmosphere and vibe. The place is extremely clean, everyone is respectful and welcoming. We met the owner's this past weekend and they were super cool people and so down to earth

Had a great experience! J the security guard was very helpful. He took care of some friends that were with us and we are very grateful and of course naughty nick is always a pleasure hang around with. It was a blast.

Havin was our server all weekend and she was absolutely amazing! An absolute pleasure to have service us all weekend. She was quick with refill and making sure our food was accurate and on time. Her personality, smile and attitude was second to none!!

Do not ever go to this place. We went to the rooms and paid for a locker room and it gave us a locker room that belongs to somebody else. They only want your money this place is a pure scam
