STUDIO MOVIE GRILL

We love to come here, but I'm going to have to find another theater. There's spiders webs and on my last movie we had ants on the sits. I went to talk to switch seats and the girl told me I believe you I have seen them too. Updated review 2026. I left a review 4 years ago. I received a called me and said they were go to do some remodeling and 4 years ago this theater is worse. Some sit are falling apart. Such an expensive theater. You dont get what you pay for.

Staff is always nice, never had any issues with the front staff. As for the actual theaters, they are allllll in need of updates to the chairs, they're either broke or peeling so awfully you don't even want to sit on it. Everything is so expensive from the popcorn, which isn't refillable, to the pretzels that they charge $12 for about 8-10 minis.... discount night is the only way to go because get really shouldn't be charging $18 for them broken seats

I was very surprised and disappointed with our experience. The theater was extremely dirty throughout. The doors and floors were filthy, the seats were peeling and didn't recline properly, and the tray tables were sticky with dried, tacky soda spills. The service was also disruptive during the movie. To make matters worse, the popcorn was cold and even the butter was cold. The only positives were that the screen was clear and the sound quality was excellent. Unfortunately, those things couldn't make up for the poor condition of the theater. We will not be returning and would not recommend this theater to others.

Very nice. The service was excellent, and the theater was clean and comfortable. The theater seating is in shambles. the upholstery is in a state of needing repair for what i paid. I thought that i was in a lower class cinema.

Our go to movie spot. Love that the seats recline and food is delivered to your seat. Servers are always polite and knowledgeable. The seats do need an upgrade as many are broken.

Its a great experience specially with their screening movies for my kids. Everytime I go everyone is very friendly specially Erick who always does his best to accommodate us. The food is great too.

The seats in the theater we were in were very dated. They do not offer free refills on popcorn. We asked for a refill on drinks and never received it. Honestly feel like it was very overpriced for concessions and not the best service.

Muy buenos precios en comidas y bebidas. Los asientos necesitan reparaciones, estan ya bastante deteriorados. Cuesta bastante encontrar parking cerca, así que hay que ir con tiempo de antelación. Tienen un bar bien completo. El servicio es muy bueno.

Came to watch Toy Story 5 and felt like I stepped into Andy’s attic. The leather seats were ripped, the table attached to the chair was falling apart, and everything looked worn down and neglected. We took one look and walked right back out. For the prices they charge, the theater should be in much better condition.

Very disappointed with the staff and overall experience. The air conditioning in Theater 3 was not working, and no one informed guests before the movie started. When I asked an employee standing just outside the theater about the lack of A/C, I was told to “sit lower.” I then spoke with another employee, who blamed the front desk. When I asked why customers weren’t informed beforehand or given the option to switch to a different movie, the responsibility continued to be passed from one employee to another. What I want to know is why guests were not given the choice to watch a different movie if management already knew the air conditioning was not working. A simple announcement or warning would have been appreciated. On a positive note, the servers delivering food and drinks were friendly and provided excellent service. Unfortunately, this was my first visit and will also be my last. It really sucks leaving a movie theater sweaty after paying for a premium movie experience.

Most uncomfortable seats even with the recline. Sound and picture were great.

Yall know yall need to close this theater down because all of their seats are falling apart we watched these seats literally deteriorate over a short time invest in better quality recliners it’s horrible! My whole armrest came of my chair! Close some theaters down a get new chairs it’s ridiculous!

Ok, when they opened, I was happy to have an alternative from AMC. But man!!!! They clearly don’t care about their product! In just 7 years since they opened, that place is totally trashed. If you didn’t know any better, you’d think the theaters haven’t seen a refurbishment in 20+ years!! To add salt to injury, the quality of service and food drastically went down. From wrong orders delivered a 1/3 into the movie (even though you arrived early), to cold food. The hallways lack cleaning and care. It’ll be a long time before I got back there. At $17+ for a movie these days, this is unacceptable !!

Interesting experience, my kids loved being waited on at their seats for the movie. The seats really show a lot of wear and tear.

We went to see the Mandolrian & Grogu last night. The seats are aesthetically destroyed. The side tables and the floor were filthy. Time of ticket 9:15 PM the movie actually started at 9:45. The trailers were only 15 minutes. The worst part of the situation last night the movie room felt like it was in the mid 50s Fahrenheit. We froze to death. We couldn’t wait to leave the room. My husband got up and asked and see if they can increase the temperature to make it warmer. It stopped for a little bit, but then it went on full force. I would never order food there the place was disgusting. We go there because of the parking at Disney Springs. Quite frankly, it’s not worth it. This establishment can do better.

The service was horrible. I ordered a popcorn and a margarita at the beginning of Scary Movie and I never received either of them. I called three times, and each time I was told, “Please wait, it will come,” but it never did. There was no explanation, no apology, and nothing was done to fix the situation. I ended up waiting the entire movie without getting my order. This was a very disappointing experience.

Update 1 year later: the seats are still terrible, place is falling apart, go to Disney springs instead. Not sure how you can sell tickets with a view blocked by railings, let alone seats that are falling apart.

This place was great but they have really let it go. The seats are hit or miss. Almost all of them look like they are 30 yrs old. They are all peeling and alot of them are broken and don't recline or stay stuck in the recline position. The seats themselves are comfortable for the most part until you sit on one that has completely sunk in. The food is ok. The movies are great and the service is excellent. The place is clean too.
