I had did an online order and had an option to pick it up through drive-through then when I pull up to the window she said to go around and say it through drive to pick up my order she have another person order for them to pick up when it is already done with my order. I don’t see the difference because I speak to the same person awaiting my gas she could’ve had us park and wait. I never went through this with any fast food company!

We just came tonight at 10:15 pm by drive-thru “they didn’t let me read the menu… they was pushing me constantly to take my order, one guy was helping us and then… a girl was pushing him to finish the order and she started taking the order. Young people without supervision doing what they want without customer service orientation… more than bad! But thank God is another Taco Bell close and we got a good customer service finally 💁🏼

I had a great experience at Taco Bell today! The gentleman working at the drive-thru was absolutely amazing. He was very polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. You can tell he truly cares about providing great customer service. It’s not every day you receive service like that, and it really made my visit better. This is what real customer service should look like kind, attentive, and professional. I had to take a moment to leave this review because service like that deserves to be recognized. Thank you for the excellent service!

1/10/2026Super dirty messy , long wait and half the staff is on YouTube how is this place still here food garbage everywhere need to fire and rehire the staff and management, doesn't look sanitary at all. I walked rite out don't eat here, you might get sick or worst, a health inspector needs to show up asap. Horrible won't be surprised if they find roaches here
