Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The inspection says one thing about this kitchen, and a minority of reviewers say another. How guests are treated is the sore point: those reviews average 2.3.
Behind those, freshness and temperature is raised in 17% of reviews (2.0 average). 5 stars is the modal score, given by 3 of the 6 reviewers who rated. 3 of 6 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 3 are two or lower.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (92/100), with 8 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on May 8, 2026. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 47% of the restaurants we score. Read the numbers above with the sample size in mind: 6 reviews is not many. Among the items recorded were potentially hazardous foods properly thawed and cross-contamination.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on tidiness, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Let just start by saying the food was great drinks were delicious but the service we received tonight was honestly disgusting the server I believe her name was Miriam if I’m spelling it correctly she had the whole back section tonight she’s absolutely a horrible server and should be trained better I’ve worked as a server of 3 locations and know the ends and outs of customer service she kept forgetting stuff for our table condiments no refills i understand it being a busy night but checking in on your tables and making sure at least the service is great with the crowd is still important with that being said I’ve always taught my family to tip but with how terrible their experience was they didn’t feel she deserved it as we come to the end of our dinner we wanted to finish our alcoholic beverages she stood at the table attempting to clean grab dishes and waited for us to leave as we just wanted to finish the drinks we immediately felt the vibe and got away as we were walking away from the table she made rude comments and kept repeating petty petty non of my family members said anything disgusting towards her even with the horrible service no one mentioned anything but since she got no tip she was upset and took her anger out on guest just wanting to enjoy our name we did tell the manager all she stated was she’d talk to her but even the manager gave off vibes that consequences weren’t going to be taken nobody with that lack of customer service and rude remarks should be a…

Always good

I have been going to Texas Roadhouse with my friends and family for a long time, and our experiences have always been wonderful. That’s why I was so disappointed by our last visit on Wednesday, June 24. We were a party of 10 people. The restaurant was busy, as usual, but it honestly felt like we were at a completely different restaurant. The quality of the food was very poor. Several of the meats were almost burnt, including the burgers, the ribs, and the steaks. Everything was overcooked and far from the doneness we requested. In addition, several of our orders were either missing items or arrived incorrectly. For example, when we asked for water, we were served lemonade instead. To make matters worse, when we requested separate checks by family, every single bill was incorrect, which caused even more confusion and delays. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially because we have always enjoyed dining at Texas Roadhouse. I hope this feedback helps improve the service and quality.

We ordered at 818. Got here at 836. They forgot our ribs and did the chicken wrong. Said they would fix it it’s now 937 we still don’t Have the food and they lost the rest of the order. Had to remind them they had the other stuff then finally got everything @940. The people at the pick up window were very nice and polite it’s not their fault. But extremely frustrating and honestly not acceptable.
