TWISTEE TREAT

Horrible experience! Some guest before like 6 people to place orders waiting for over 15 mins. To be acknowledged. I asked if taking orders and a simple oh yes! Let me open the windows. Waited for like 20 mins. To received the order event hough I was first in line, the delivery end 2 orders before me. 2 Sundays and 1 of them under the rim meaning less ice cream and the other started to melt. Answer of the manager! That is fine the chocolate is there.

Great ice cream. The soft serve is light, fluffy, and creamy. Great selection of cones and toppings. Must try if you're visiting Orlando.

We've been here on vacation for 5 days now and every time we drive by this place it's packed so we thought tonight that we would try it. It did not disappoint. It was a cute little place. Great staff and the ice cream was delicious. Thank you!

Don’t get the mint, but it’s a cute basic little place to go to as an out of towner. A few seats with umbrellas, bathroom on the side and parking.

We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. It was at that time someone came out and told us the icecream machines are down. We had to go down the road for icecream.

Love a Twistee Treat. Best ice cream around. 100% recommend it. Always creamy and the cones are never stale. This is a small cake cone.

Great ice cream cream

Assistance would have been nice, waiting about 15 minutes in the front to order. No one greeted us, basically ignored us. We got frustrated waiting. There were about 8 people working and just accommodating the drive-through. I’m sure the ice cream was good but never got an opportunity to try it. Maybe I’ll try another place. See if it’s any better.

Ordered a $6 chocolate milkshake and after getting about 5 minutes up the road tasted it and it was undrinkable. It tasted like vinegar or something like that (cleaner, perhaps?) so had to toss it. Didn't have time to bring it back.

From October 2025 to June 2026 the chocolate ice cream recipe changed. Tastes terrible. Is grainy and the best part of twistee was how soft and smooth texture. I wish I had taken a picture before throwing it away. Entire family of 7 is now disappointed and will not go back.

Decent ice cream, but seems to be owned/managed by folks that want to separate as much $$$ from their customers as possible. They do not display their prices on the menu boards, but instead make you QR a price list that doesn't even accurately describe the prices - hidden upcharges & "premium" items that are not listed as such. Additionally, they were out of their signature item, the waffle taco, due to machine being broken. No biggie, things happen, but when you're waiting over 15 mins just to order, it would be nice if the menu board provided that info so you don't have to scramble getting kids to pick a new item - when I suggested that they put up a piece of paper on the menu to inform customers that the marquee item is unavailable, I was told by staff that they are prohibited by the owners to put signs up, even ones that provide valuable info. I do not like supporting money-grabbing proprietors. Charge whatever you want, but let the customers decide if they want to pay it. Don't hide your prices. Will not be returning.

I have been coming to this location for quite some time, and unfortunately in the past I experienced terrible service on multiple occasions. This time around I was taken care of by Rita and wow what a positive difference it was since the last time I have been here. After talking to her about my past experiences at this location I found out she was the new manager. I can already see the huge positive change in the service and overall atmosphere since the last time I was there. She was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s great to finally have such a better experience here, and I look forward to coming back. Thank you Rita!

Unfortunately I purchased a Sunday and half of it was whip cream, 25% was the strawberry/ pineapple and sprinkles that I paid extra for. 25% ice cream. Had to toss half of it away

We were visiting the area and ended up coming to Twistee Treat a few times because it was so good. The ice cream was always great and definitely one of our favorite spots while we were here!
