Having to wait 30 minutes for ice cream is absolutely ridiculous. This location has gone way downhill. The wait has increased, while portions and customer service have heavily decreased. Very disappointing.

Great place to get treated as family. Savanna was so warm and attentive and hospitable. She definitely made easy to want to come back. We love it. See you soon.

Rola great job done by Rola even though it’s so busy today

I’ve been a frequent customer and have always brought my children and family here because I appreciated both the ice cream and the customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experiences — especially today’s — were disappointing. The customer service felt rude and unprofessional, and the portions are noticeably smaller than they used to be. When I politely mentioned the portion size, the employee preparing the ice cream responded rudely and was overheard making inappropriate comments. On top of that, the presentation of the ice cream was messy and lacked the care and attention that made us enjoy coming here in the past. Because of these experiences, I will no longer be returning and will choose to support another local business instead.
