Didn’t answer the drive thru intercom, then got our order wrong repeatedly when we only ordered 1 Sundae. Also ran out of hot fudge, place was a disaster and staff need training asap

How the heck does an icecream place run out of hot fudge?? Receipt wasnt able to be printed. Miss poor management tbh. The employees tried to give us the wrong persons order. We sat at the drive through speaker for 5 min and no one spoke. Management might need to retrain the male with the mustache. Coorporate might want secret shop this location a bit more.

Local frequent customer. I find that there is a constant employee turnover & low employee morale. Watch out for Sunday Ice Cream orders, as they are trained to fill cup around the edge of cup, leaving an empty space in the middle of cup. Also, Milkshakes and Malks are always, always too thick to suck through a straw, make sure to ask for a spoon. I have asked them to blend Milkshake longer, but same result, too thick for straw. The taste and quality of product is very good. The surrounding are generally clean, except for last visit. Ordering window counter had dry ice cream all over and no customers during my visit, no motivation to maintain clean appearance.
