Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Complaints here are real, but they are mostly not about the kitchen. Service is the sore point: those reviews average 1.1. Pacing is the next most common subject, in 29% of reviews (averaging 1.8).
If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (13 reviews). One subject never comes up here: what it costs. Newer reviews score better than older ones (2.0 recent against 1.0 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (100/100), nothing cited at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on January 23, 2026. The trend across inspections is improvement. Ranked against Osceola County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.
If how food arrives is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Everything above is computed from the 17 reviews reproduced below.

Placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. I get there at 9:30 and am told the drive thru is closed I am more than welcome to come inside. I say I’m picking up a mobile order and still come inside. We get out of the car, both doors to the restaurant are locked. Back to the drive thru where again we’re told to come inside. I explain again I’m picking up a mobile order and the doors are locked. I’m then told to pull to the window where they say yeah the manager locked the door after I told you to come inside. We also have no frostys and can refund it if you’d like. I said yes refund it, the manager says she can’t refund mobile orders. I told them to cancel the order and we left. I’ll call the corporate number tomorrow to make sure I actually get a refund since the manager here claims she can’t and is closing the restaurant at 9:30pm on a Thursday.

How is it i order a minon meal and they didnt give me the minon bag or the toy after spending the money. Honestly speaking if you didnt have the toy make sure to let the customer know to prepare their kids whom you market to and beg and plead their parents to go there I expected alot more from Wendy's franchise than the mediocre gimmick of having buy your meal and not get the full service of what I pay for. Go check out the picture so you can see and thats all from.a drive thru

Cynthia is quick professional and a sweet heart. Great job

Check your order. I will often order chili cheese fries and instead of letting me know they don't want to make more chili they just tell me they did give me the chili as asked. Especially after 11pm even though they close at 2am.

Placed a mobile order and arrived at the store to pick it up around 12:45am, 2 hours and 15 minutes prior to posted closing time. They took my name at the drive through, and then when I got up to the window, the associate told me there was only two of them and they were closing for the night, 2 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES BEFORE POSTED CLOSING TIME. They told me they would cancel the mobile order on their end and I would get a refund. Lo and behold, that never happened. The charge posted on my account and I had to call customer care to receive a refund. Poor customer service from a group of team members who I guess just decided they didn't want to work the rest of the night.

Placed an order online for breakfast for the convenience of picking it up quickly. When I arrived, I waited about five minutes at the order window and no one acknowledged me. I then drove around to the pickup window after seeing an employee, who informed me that the restaurant was not open because the manager had forgotten the keys. I explained that I had already placed and paid for an online order. The employee seemed confused and said he would get the manager. After waiting another 15 minutes, the manager, Bibi, came to the window and told me there was nothing they could do and that I would need to contact customer support for a refund. The most frustrating part wasn’t just that the location was closed it was that my time was wasted, and I was left to jump through hoops to get my money back. If a location is unable to open for any reason, online ordering should be immediately disabled to prevent customers from placing orders they cannot receive. Very disappointing experience and poor communication.

Take out takes more than 15 minutes for an order

Their window says breakfast everyday until 10:30am. I came in at 10:45 and ordered lunch. Their kiosk was serving lunch. The window says lunch starts at 10:30. After I had paid they told me they were actually serving breakfast until 11 and that the window was wrong and so was Their kiosk. They said I needed to wait until 11 to be served my food or get a refund which would take 3 to 5 business days.

Went in today to get 2 large frostys, total was $7.50. In the window I’m told there isn’t large cups and offered a medium. I said sure. Then the cashier was telling me to pay the $7.50 when she was giving me medium cups. Told her I’m not going to pay the prize of large cups on mediums. She changed it for mediums, I paid in cash then she gave me less change. Then she said they didn’t have change. Could’ve at least given a bit more or something else, not less change. Terrible service. Get better people. You round up, common sense. Learn math.

Went there for breakfast this morning, ordered a biscuit and gravy at the drive-thru. Got home and found a hair in my food. Tried calling the restaurant and it prompts me to leave a message.
