Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Complaints here are real, but they are mostly not about the kitchen. How guests are treated cuts both ways here, averaging 2.9 among the reviews that raise it. Speed of service is the next most common subject, in 32% of reviews (averaging 2.0).
These reviews span Dec 2025 to Jun 2026, so they cover more than one stretch of this kitchen’s history. Conspicuously absent: portion size, which no reviewer brings up. 1 star is the modal score, given by 9 of the 19 reviewers who rated.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (97/100), with 3 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on May 14, 2026. That puts it ahead of 77% of graded kitchens in Osceola County. Among the items recorded were cross-contamination and clean clothes.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

My husband went to order me a burger from Wendy's cause I had a taste for it...But when I received it I started eating it and it was a long string of hair in it ...that was a major turn off I spit it out and showed my husband and told him to discard it....no more Wendy's burger for me.

I placed an order via door dash. When I received my frosties they did not have the stickers over the lid as they should to ensure the food was not tampered with. When I physically went to the business and spoke with the manager although he did not have a name tag stating he was the manager, he informed me that he's unable to reimburse me the money for my troubles because door dash is the company not allowing them to place these stickers over the drinks and or frosties. He did provide us with new frosties, but did not attempt to make things right by reimbursement as I had to make the trip after paying a driver to deliver my food. After speaking with door dash the information provided by the manager was completely untrue!!!! All food must have the sticker! Either the food being placed in a bag (the bag must be sealed), and the drink or frosty as well need to have a sticker over the lid to ensure that all food are safe and not tampered with. Doordash did right by the customer and refunded me the money.

I didn’t realize ordering fast food required solving a math equation. I am pregnant and was having a massive Wendy’s craving, so waiting over 30 minutes for a 9-item order in an empty restaurant was already testing my patience. But to get home and find out they’re apparently rationing the food? Pure heartbreak. As you can see in the first image my burger came with just a sad pile of lettuce and a patty—no bacon, no cheese, just vibes. To top it off, my 4-piece nugget was short-changed down to a 2-piece. I guess the other two nuggets were the fee for making a pregnant woman wait half an hour. Check out the second image for what I actually paid for vs. the absolute minimalism I was served. 1 star for the comedy, 0 stars for the accuracy.

The worst service I have ever experienced 6/18/26 9:00pm im standing there for 10 minutes nobody came and asked for my order, so I went to the kiosk. Some lady walks in allnof a sudden she got waited on I complained about it and it fell on deaf ears. The lady was a light skinned rican im a brown skin half rican man I hope this wasn't a racist encounter. Terrible service, customer service is very low everyone behind the counter were walking around like they were just done with there job and over it. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER I recommend staying away.

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes, the line did not move. So i went inside to order, no one acknowledged me, offered to help me or take my order. I went over to the kiosk to order, but no one came to the register for me to pay. I waited some more, still no one offered to help. So I went back outside to the drive thru, the line was already long but had gotten longer, when It was finally my turn to order in the drive thru.. I ordered one meal with an extra drink. They got my order wrong. It was bad and I don't think the AI is helping either.

They don’t give receipts, full meals or the frosty key chains when purchased at

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

Will not go here again. I asked for no sauce on my wrap because I can’t eat ranch. They decided I needed to pay extra if I wanted any other sauces. It’s already expensive, now I’m being charged more because I have a health condition. I’ll take my business to a place that still has customer service.

I was waiting in line in the drive-Thru the truck was there, the line was moving slow i repeated my order twice. I ordered 2 biggie bags. One was a Chicken Sandwich, no sauce and the other one was a double stack medium drink. When I dropped off my daughter at her mother's place before I went home. She calls me and says, daddy. I'm confused I thought this was your sandwich. I looked in my bag. I had the same sandwich she had. She was so excited to eat her Chicken Sandwich, but she didn't get what she wanted. My heart dropped. I was upset. How can we fix this?

Oh my God I've never since the best customer service ever. Even when they mess up an order they don't have attitude and when it's time to correct something they simply correct it without giving you any problems. I love them! They're more than five stars

Gave us the wrong burger. Burger was too salty and didn't taste like beef. Cashier didn't speak or understand English and messed up the order.
