Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Complaints here are real, but they are mostly not about the kitchen. Service is the sore point: those reviews average 2.3. Pacing is the next most common subject, in 29% of reviews (averaging 2.3).
Coverage here reaches back to Dec 2025 and forward to Jun 2026. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (8 reviews). The split is 4 positive to 9 negative across 14 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (100/100), nothing cited at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on January 29, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. Ranked against Osceola County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.
If the state of the room is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

On June 18, 2026, at approximately 9:57 p.m., I visited Wendy’s to pick up dinner for my husband and me. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. While I was at the restaurant, the manager on duty was unprofessional and made rude comments about me while speaking on the phone. After leaving, I had to return because my fries were missing from the order. Later, my husband had to go back because the chicken nuggets we received were not fresh. When he politely asked for fresh nuggets, the staff refused to correct the issue or replace the food. To make matters worse, when I addressed my concerns about the ongoing problems I have experienced at this location, the manager told me not to come back. I work in customer service, so I understand that mistakes can happen. However, the way I was treated was unacceptable. A simple apology and willingness to fix the order would have gone a long way, but instead I was met with disrespect and poor customer service. I hope this matter is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve the level of customer service at this location so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

Don't like the AI in the drive thru but the staff inside are awesome. Good food, quick and tasty.

I’d like to bring attention to a disappointing experience at Wendy’s on April 23rd around 11:30 PM. My boyfriend and I were working with DoorDash and followed the app’s instructions to pick up the order inside, but the doors were locked. We then went to the drive-thru window to ask for guidance. The employee saw us, made an annoyed facial expression, and when she opened the window, I politely explained we were there for a DoorDash pickup and that the entrance was closed. Her response was, “Is today your first day?” said in a clearly condescending tone. She then told us we needed to go to the intercom first before coming to the window. The way this was handled felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive, especially since we were simply following instructions and trying to do our job. A quick explanation without the attitude would have resolved everything. Instead, the interaction left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this, because basic professionalism and courtesy should be the standard for all customers and delivery drivers.

Went through the drive-thru at around 12:10ish on 1/7/2026. I ordered a vanilla frosty and a Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe. I received my food, drove off, and turned around minutes later because there was no cheese in the cheeseburger. Mistakes happen, I was fine, until the BOH female grabbed the food with a horrible attitude, like if it was me who made the mistake. She had a duck face. I received no apology for HER mistake. This happened at around 12:19-12:20am. Someone needs to address her poor customer service skills.

Ordered through DoorDash. Order was received by Wendy’s. DoorDash sent FOUR different drivers that said Wendy’s didn’t have the order. DoorDash confirmed that Wendy’s was the issue. This was ridiculous. Staff your restaurant.

No excuse for a fast food place to have you wait 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Especially when they're not busy at all.
