Slowest service I have ever experienced.

ordered breakfast croissant ( 10:20 am) waited about 5 mins and then was told they did not have any eggs to make the bacon eggs and cheese croissants got a refund and left. Only 3 people working with one being trained but that person was just. standing around while others were trying to work

Waited in line for 25 minutes nobody ever took the order of the car first in line, left, too expensive these days to put up with this ridiculousness

Terrible service, slow wait times, rude manager that caught an attitude when i tried to pay for my 2 burger meals ($30 btw) with cash. Better off at any other burger spot around here

I ordered on the app but was unable to cancel order after waiting 45 MINUTES in a drive thru line that had no lights. The customer service when I did get to make it to the window was horrible. Never again will I frequent this facility. I have never been to a Wendy’s and been treated this poorly. I attempted to cancel my order on the app while waiting in line but the app did not allow it. When I did arrive at the window and requested a refund, they told me the manager wasn’t there and that they didn’t have everything I ordered, specifically chili and fries. I again asked for a full refund and they said they would not give me a refund since it was an online order and asked me to pull up so they could take care of others. I did not pull up since I did not get my order or a refund and was threatened that they would call the police. I asked for a deputy to be called and then received my food minus the chili. They informed me they would have to go to the freezer to get the chili since they didn’t have any and would just credit my account. They didn’t credit my account. Never again will I visit this location.

Worse drive thru ever. Takes too much time while workers playing around

If you are in need to grab a bite to eat after 11pm while you are in Celebration...drive across HW192 and look for this Wendy's behind the Nike Store.

Their failed ai machine got my order wrong I ordered a Dave's double just the sandwich yesterday and when I got home I realized it was a plain double cheese burger, no condiments or veggies for $8. The service was poor they couldve at least asked me if my order was right if they are going to use a robot but nope, sucked instead

DO NOT EAT HERE. Picked up a mobile order through the drive-thru. They asked me to pull forward to wait for the order to be completed. Said it would be two minutes. Thirty minutes later I had to go to inside and ask for my food. No apologies, no offer to make it right, and I still had to wait inside for my order. Horrible service. Not going back.

It took over an hour!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst Wendy's to ever exist I ordered on door dash and went through 3 drivers bc they kept cancelling the order bc of the wait time I went to Wendy's myself after and sat there for an additional 30 mins for biggie bag for my kid absolutely ridiculous I tried to call the store 20 times smh they kept answering and hanging up the phone I paid online otherwise I would have went somewhere else

We stopped here on a Sunday night in May of 2026. The service was slow but they got the order correct, though the fries, burger and chicken nuggets were all nearly cold. This location is not easily accessible and I still don't know where we were supposed to park. We ended up just going through the drive through because there did not appear to be any actual parking spots around the restaurant. I don't have anything nice to say about this Wendy's.

Worst Wendy’s experience I’ve had. The staff do not attend to their guests. We were ignored when we asked for our cups. They forgot part of both of our orders and it took over 15 minutes for us to receive our food.

12:30am 05/10/26 went through the drive through. My boyfriend and I have a long drive still and wanted some food. Says they’re open, but no one answered the speaker and when we went to the window, they said they were closed. Might be a problem with the accuracy of times on Google.

Medium Frosty $4.00 could had purchased half a gallon at supermarket better.

Avoid this location. We waited in a huge drive though line. Finally got to order. It was AI taking the order. Which it got wrong. Got to the window. They charged us the wrong amount. Then they couldn’t figure out how much change they owed us after charging our card too much. They couldn’t do the math. We have no idea how much they actually charged our card. After all of that, we pull away and our order is wrong. What a mess. Never again.

Burnt egg sandwich terrible drive three service took over 5 mins to get a manger and they never came I got frustrated and left I was only person in drive threw

By far the worst Wendy's. For the smallest meal you wait literally 45min. I came two different times thinking maybe the first time they had a bad day. No!! you will always be left waiting forever on your food.

Pra quem gosta de fast food e cansou de mac donalds, esse é um dos meus preferidos.

This location is heavily hit or miss. Whether you order through a delivery service or pick up yourself you never quite know what your bag will hold. Cold burger? Half frozen, wet nuggets? The baked potato you actually ordered instead of cold fries ? Or something you actually ordered and wished to eat? Who knows, it's all a game of roulette for them.
