Horrible servicio súper improvises ion Ales, los empleados se tardan demasiado. A eso súmale que la comida siempre te la dan fría y vieja. Los Krispy Chicken siempre están súper viejos. Los Nuggets siempre están súper viejos las papas eso es una asquerosidad deben tener mejores empleados para que esta tienda pueda tener una mejor progreso, horrible servicio estoy tan disgustada con esta comida

Drive thru, employee at window gave no greeting. Forgot 2 orders of fries, fries were just barely warm and just threw my wrap into the bag standing upside and when I pulled it out it completely fell apart like it wasn't even properly assembled. Horrible all the way around and will not be going back!

By far the worst fast food restaurant experience I've ever had. This new automated drive-thru process is horrible. No one inside had any food or drinks ready for us or the two customers in front of us. Wendy's has really gone down hill.

Too slow service

Waited 20 minutes in line to be given the wrong drink, twice!

I wrote a review a few years ago how they always forget your items when ordering from the drive thru and here it is, years later and they're still forgetting items. I don't understand how these guys forget basic items like a BURGER!! I don't know what they're doing inside but this is becoming ridiculous and almost laughable as it's so predictable. Maybe it's a Wendy's trend to forget items ppl ordered. I really hope the managers read this and check their night workers because this is becoming to common

Super friendly staff

Update they never refunded my order and now I'm out $14 and their manager Venessa doesnt feel like filling the frosty machines at 11pm when they close at 2am.....on top of that not diet coke because she told thw employee with her to not refill it......thanks for taking my money and providing the worst service! I've been here a few times but tonight was horrible. First my passenger was given 1/4 of their order then handed a whole Uber eats order then I tried to let the employee know and they took it back from my car. I was then asked to pull through the drive thru again then I was told my order wasn't in the system (they werent going to give me my food) so I showed my receipt with my order. I was then told "we will give you this food for free" because they didnt believe I had mobile ordered even though i had receipts and money was taken out of my account? It took 20 minutes to sort it out.....over one meal. Everything was cold when we got our food....I dont understand how hard it could be to do this. I have worked in food service before and this was horrid.

Tried their girl Scout cookies, thin mints, frosty. It was amazing.

Went there numerous times on my 12 day vacation to the Kissimmee area. Had multiple interactions with Sophia, at the drive-through,. Courteous and polite, my food was always done the way I wanted, and I commend them for a great job!!

La atención es deficiente. He venido en varias ocasiones y dejan esperando en la caja mucho tiempo y se acumulan los clientes. Solo he encontrado una persona amable re resto no. Tiene muchas oportunidades de mejora este local.
