Went to pick up a delivery before the store closed and they proceeded to tell me that the store was closed even for pick up with bags ready clearly in view when you look into the store. Denied every one who went through, even though it was just before 1:30 am and they close at 2 am

Absolutely not! Do not come here unless you want to miss out on delicious food. The taste of the food is old and stale, so enjoy it at your own risk.

The reason is for my 1 star review is that this location uses AI ordering. Pay your employees a livable wage and stop trying to replace them with AI. The employees did a wonderful job.

Absolute slowest service I've ever had from a fast food drive through. A little after 11pm and took over 15 min to get through 4 cars.

The food was made correctly and quickly 😋

This location has the new AI ordering. Did not care for it burgers were good fries were cold as were the nuggets

Went to this Wendy's to eat in but the door's was all locked. Went to the drive thru to order and ask and was told they are under staff so they are only taking orders by drive thru. The order takes a lot longer than any other places we have been to and we order extra nuggets but short of 5 pieces.

Today at 4:30 PM, I went to the Wendy's at 7765 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747, United States. The parking lot was empty with maybe one or two cars in the drive through. Inside there were no customers. Nobody in line. Nobody sitting and eating. I went to the counter, there were three female employees near the take out window. One had a bag in her hands, one was on her phone. One asked if she could help me. I said, I would like to order, she pointed me towards the computer to order. I said, what if I didn't want to use the machine. She just shrugged and said she was busy. I left. I then went to Chick Fil a down the street. Cars in the parking lot. People inside eating. Staff happy to see you. I ordered from a live person, they brought me my food. Food was hot, fresh and good. A great experience. One of these companies is doing awesome. One of these companies is doing crappy. You decide.

Single with cheese tasted weird and my unsweetened tea tasted like it was mixed with something else, my fries were good.

Food was pretty good as always Stephanie was awesome

Staff was amazing, mayonnaise was too sweet. May be a southern thing.

lil boy who has the black uneven haircut needa get a new damn attitude if he wanna work in customer service he got another thing comin to him acting like that working at a wendy’s ( works night shift 12am )

War eine schnelle und insgesamt gute Erfahrung bei Wendy’s, obwohl nicht viel los war im Laden, ging alles wirklich fix, Bestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen und auch schnell gebracht, der Laden wirkte im Großen und Ganzen sauber, einzig der Boden im Bereich der Softdrink-Station war extrem klebrig, was etwas unangenehm war, das Essen selbst war aber wie gewohnt gut und typisch Wendy’s, frisch und lecker, daher insgesamt zufrieden trotz kleiner Schwäche beim Boden.

Probably one of the worst chicken sandwiches I've ever gad.

Went through the drive through and it took 40 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. When I got my food it was freezing cold like it had been made at least an hour ago. The employees were arguing in the back about giving attitude to customers instead of helping me at the window. There is no reason why the food should be cold if the wait is that long or the line should not have taken 40 minutes if the food was not fresh. Do better
