The inspection record is the stronger half of this page. How guests are treated cuts both ways here, averaging 3.8 among the reviews that raise it. Speed of service is the next most common subject, in 36% of reviews (averaging 4.0).
Behind those, freshness and temperature is raised in 27% of reviews (2.3 average). 1 star is the modal score, given by 4 of the 11 reviewers who rated. The split is 5 positive to 6 negative across 11 rated reviews.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (99/100), with 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on June 19, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 96% of the Lake County restaurants we grade. Read the numbers above with the sample size in mind: 11 reviews is not many.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on whether food comes out hot, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

Walked in, ordered a double qp with cheese to go. Just shy of 20 minutes. And it wasn't even busy.
-
Always fast and friendly and do what they've got to do to make the situation and or orders correctly.
-
Garbage cold fries from yesterday at start of lunch time. I'm not talking barely warm, I'm talking I forgot bag of fries in the kitchen last night and now I'm eating them the next morning. How does McDonald's get away with this. Never returning.
-
They need a course in food preparation. My hamburgers were drowning in ketchup. And no mustard, and the time before that, my hamburgers had no onions
-
every time I go they forget something and food is cold. Was a year before I went today and didn't think it could get worse but it did.

Food is good, but it is best to always order ahead as they can get busy.
-
Consistently fresh, nice employees and pretty fast service too usually. Conveniently located next to a main shopping plaza and easy to get in and out.
-
Fish sandwich small fry $10z!
-
Good ice cream. Easy drive-through experience. Friendly personnel and quick service.

No one answering at the drive through in a timely manner this morning. Staff with poor attitudes. Paid an extra $2 for an orange juice with my meal only to find a bug in it. Don't doubt it was deliberate...won't be back. Will be filing a grievance with my credit card company as well.
