Panda express offers a lot of food at low prices

Do not come one hour before closing. Says close on 10pm on Sunday but was told won’t make anymore. And I could have the “leftovers”. At full price? The audacity. Going to another restaurant!

Food was cold

Ordered my usual of orange chicken, fried rice and beef and broccoli..... The take out window guy tossed everything into the bag, tipped it and when I said he got the juice every where, I was told.."it's just the beef and broccoli gravy, not a problem"! I asked for napkins and told her that she should pay better attention. He gave me a "look" like it was an inconvenience! Needless to say I won't go back to that place again!! Two pieces of beef and a bunch of broccoli! Chicken and fried rice were fine. No respect or consideration for customers.

Drive thru is always not available Always seemed short staffed it’s ridiculous

Had a great experience at Panda Express. The food tasted really good, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly. I especially appreciated how patient they were with my children while they took their time making their choices. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be coming back again.

Went through drive thru and they are not running due to staff shortage and come in to order and two are just on lunch breaks. Stopped the entire ordering line to make one persons order while the other is just waiting at the checkout. Horrible service. They need to put something else in here.

The lobby is closed at 6pm on a Friday yet there is people inside eating… the drive thru menu is all blank there’s no prices, only shows they have water and one fountain drink. Tried asking the lady like 4 times what drink options they have and she rambled so fast every time.

Came tonight at 8:30pm asked for a plate of orange chicken and fried rice and only got a plate of plain fried rice. Ordered cream cheese rangoon’s and got fried shells with no cream cheese. It’s a joke getting food from here.

Lobby closed due to short staff but there is a full team inside. Mobile pick up is supposed to be convenient, not forcing people to wait for their ready order to get cold because the drive thru is 20 minutes behind.

Food was fresh & hot. The dynamite chicken was extremely spicy and very good. They even let me know ahead of time that it was very spicy.

Service is always slow out of the last 4 times I’ve been here. Always running out of something then having to wait 10 minutes until it’s made fresh again. Workers move slow when they have 6 people and more in line. Hope to see new management changes soon

I noticed BIG improvement on the service here! They have a great crew and that makes all the difference. The food was fresh and hot and the portions spot on. Will definitely be back!

It should not depend on who the server is behind the counter at Panda Express, whether you actually receive a proper serving amount. However, it does at this poor service location. It is amazing to watch the difference depending on the server. One or two of the servers will give you a full amount and fill up your plate, but other servers will only give you about half the amount. This is why the location in Lady Lake, FL has such low ratings from seasoned observers. This location will not provide sauces, napkins or any utensils unless you specifically request them and even then, you must double check and ask for them again. Obviously, the management here is lacking and the employees couldn't care less. Do yourself a favor and support a restaurant that actually provides good service for their customers. This joint is not worthy.

Place was busy.. went thru drive thru and waited 20 minutes in parking lot, so I walked in requested my food, cashier said I didn't go thru , where's your receipt, after handing her said receipt said let me get that for you now, 25 minutes into order, I received my food and server kept my receipt. Asked for a manager and she said there was no manager. Clearly the workers were chaotic, and just catching up, instead of being proactive. They were reactive. This happened at the store 869 Us hwy 27/441 ladylake florida 32159 at 530pm..

They cater to drive-thru and pickup...ignoring those who intend to dine in. So SLOW to the point i will be going elsewhere...and this isnt the first time. Management needs an overhaul! I asked for the manager...no one on duty! Go elsewhere unless you have at least 1.5 hours to wait.
