Love the salad bar...

Ruby Tuesday's in The Village of Spanish Springs is currently getting a little attitude from me tonight. I'm being nice, but they know that Im not happy with their increased pricing and decreased quality, especially regarding the items on their salad bar. Brown, old potato salad, brown lettuce pieces, brown, old broccoli in the broccoli salad bowl. I would be very surprised if the manager of this establishment a acutally eats here.

Kayla is always so friendly and helpful. We always ask for her . She's great. Sh is very attentive . Best server around.

We had the best server for dinner last night. I highly recommend asking to sit in Kailah's (pronounced Kayla) section. Not only is she professional but accommodating and pleasant. We had a small issue with our meal and she handled it without hesitation and with a smile! Every company wants an employee just like her!!

Very frequently, I make group reservations on 12-24 golfers. We request Kaylah and Brandi as our servers. THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT. ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE with a smile. The group loves the menu selections and great special. Always something for any taste and budget. Works perfect for our group. DONT CHANGE ANYTHING.

The Villages, FL location of Ruby Tuesday's has always been absolutely amazing! Great food, excellent service, and the welcoming atmosphere all keep us returning every time we come to Ocala. Yes, we drive 45 minutes just for this Ruby Tuesday!

Amber the waitress in The Villages is the best ! She gives amazing service and is always smiling. She makes a difference for us here at Ruby Tuesday. Love the salad bar with potato and burger special!!!

We asked to sit in Amber’s area as she is and has always been an outstanding waitress. She is kind, sweet, happy and it makes us always feel so happy to be here. If you can sit in her area, you will be pampered as if you were in a white table, 5 star restaurant. Try and clone Amber and your sales will soar!

We love RT! Staff is great/ good deals. It’s our go to place weekly! We live in The Villages Florida and our RT’s is in desperate need of a makeover!! It looks rough! Seats torn, broken, dark and dingy and looks OLD.

The manager Edrick Williams is a very outstanding young man and he is very polite and treat all the customers alike which is very good he has a very good sense of humor and I like it very much and really knows what he’s doing

I ordered the Blackened Tilapia with Rice Piloff and Zuccini. Very disappointing. For starters, I was served a young childs portion. The little mino tasted good, but I walked away hungry. The Zuchini was greasy and the Pilloff tasted great, but they forgot to nuke it after they took it out of the fridge. I have always liked Ruby Tuesday's, but last night's meal left a lot to be desired. P.S. The server wasn't much better and very slow. I am usually a good tipper, but this time I left only 15%.

We enjoy going to Rubt Tuesday in The Villages, FL. Food is typically very good as is the service. I had an issue with my Philly Steak sandwich this past visit & our server took care of it. However, there needs to be some investment in the restaurant maintenance; furniture is deteriorating to the point of duct tape being used to hold seating together. Check out the picture.

We love Ruby Tuesday. Great value. Our waitress Kailah was super. Had a very small small issue and she fixed it quickly and with a smile. She would check up on us and has a great smile, very friendly made you feel at home and was glad you came. She made suggestions and answered questions. I would ask for her again.

Worst service ever. Salad bar was gross. All the toppings were all mixed up in other bins. Looks like they have not wiped the counter in days. Will never return. Do better Ruby Tuesdays.

UPDATE : TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO BE TOLD THE PERSON I NEEDED TO TALK TO WAS OFF THAT DAY. HOW CONVENIENT 🤔...THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT SERIOUS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, ONLY WHAT LITTLE THEY HAVE TO DO TO GET YOUR CASH OUT OF YOUR WALLET. MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO A DIFFERENT RUBY TUESDAY AND GUESS WHAT....PERFECT EXPERIENCE!!!! (ORIGINAL POST) I remember the "good ol days" when I could order the "smokey mountain chicken" with a salad bar, but those days are long gone. The salad bar was mediocre at best.... plenty to choose from, but I used to LOVE their pasta salads. Not anymore. When I asked about the quality of the pasta on the salad bar, it was if I had pulled a tooth without Novocaine. I love the "dark" croutons, but they were out. Maybe this was a bad day, but it will be quite a while before we try them again.
