Ordered double baconator got home with regular hamburger, big disappointment.

Something has changed with the burger making process company-wide. Doesn't taste the same , feels much heavier and not in a good way.

Nice and clean. Very friendly and good service.

You give me the drink in the drive thru and make me wait, Then I finally get a straw after I drive off. I realize it's a diet soda. If you'd given me the straw first I would have known it was wrong.\n And the fries are ice cold and the sandwich is chewy. Why is this Wendy's? And only this Wendy's suck?

Walked in to pick up a doordash they could not b prepare the fries because they said there fryers were down so they had me contact the customer to see if they wanted chli or a baked potato instead. Fine so I reached out to the customer and they said a baked potato would be fine well a few minutes later am employee said there was a 41 minute wait on the potato and call the customer back and ask if chli would be ok. Now why does a baked potato take 41 minutes. Come on wendys.

Wendy's food has gone really downhill. I used to love their spicy chicken but nearly each one I have tried over the last several months has been thin and full of sinew making it a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Then they started putting mustard and no mayo on the Dave's classics... what is going on? Wendy's used to be a notch above the other fast food joints. Now I pretty much avoid them. Used to be a fan.

The guy cleaning the lobby area is wonderful.

Never fails check your bag even if you ask for extra stuff and then just to make sure that your normal stuff makes it in the bag like your forks and knives or straws just saying

Lukewarm fries, the soda has a terrible aftertaste and the burger looked and tasted like it was made earlier.

THIS WENDY'S IS JUST PLAIN BAD (Or the are ALL bad) OMG; I haven't been to this store for a year and mad at myself for going back last week. My experience previously? cold food mushy biscuits No cashier Constant screaming between workers soda machine out of 80% of the selections Lack of condiments Putrid/toxic smell from someone mopping the floor. But I was driving by and thought maybe there was new management. I walked in and it was like a freezer. I went back to my car and got a sweater. I approached the counter and no one was in sight. I waited; then someone from the back of the store yelled "there is someone at the register". I ordered two sausage biscuits. I sat; I open my first biscuit; cold and the sausage patty was charred. I mean burnt. I opened the 2nd biscuit; BURNT sausage patty. I went to the counter to get something else.....no one there. Anyone walking by resembled a one eyed fish looking the other way. I placed the two burnt/charred sausage patties on a napkin on the counter. How can anyone serve food that obviously was left way too long cooking? These people saw the charred patties and STILL served it to the public. Disgusting!! HOW DO YOU STAY IN BUSINESS???

Wife likes the homestyle chicken sandwich. Only 1 person behind counter, so long line to order food! Fries where cold, so still not good!

Service is not friendly doesnt smile borders rude. Needs better service. I wont stop here again.

Wasn't bad food just mediocre and not as hot as expected for as long as we were waiting on it. The Greek gyro was very good just wasn't warm.

Well I went through the drive through nothing wrong while taking the order but the person at the window was a little rude while taking the money for the meal but everyone's entitled to have a moment but that reflects in my score of service and atmosphere. The food was beyond expectation fresh and correct complete with napkins and condiments.

Try to purchase the girl scout thin mint frosty fusions and they give me AA frosty with no girl scout cookie bits. Then, give me attitude when I tell them. I wanna cancel the order if they don't have the cookies and then had the nerve to just sprinkle some on top and tell me the machine they used to mix the frosty fusions is broken worst service ever suggest to just drive past this one and find another wendy's, that does the job, right

Messed up a simple order. No mayo, baconator. I ended up with a tiny burger, a single piece of bacon and it was drowned in mayo.

Counter staff was rude. Orders incorrect.

Do not order from here...I have NO other words...see the photos. These are deluxe burgers?! I give them an absolute ZERO
