A beautiful property just across the lake from Magic kingdom and next to the Polynesian, its one of the recent hotels to get new updates. The massive entry area of Grand Floridian is gorgeous and massive ceiling and decor by check in is probably what adds to the resorts popularity. The entire resort staff was fantastic. The room themes are beautiful and the rooms feel perfect, comfortable beds, pillows, with a mix of tub shower and walk in showers depending on rooms. Its a short boat ride from magic kingdom and the monorail is on the second floor for a direct route to MK. The resort offers buses to 3 of the 4 parks, opting to leave out routes to Epcot, which is a major oversight. While there is a monorail, the time and extra stop and transfer can add to an already tiring day and they are filled quickly and you're often left waiting for the next monorail taking 45 minutes or longer. This is where they take a one star hit. Gaspar grill is good, not upscale, but better than the cafe which serves what they call fried chicken which is something you should not ever get-ever. Its the worst thing I have had anywhere in the world and I mean the world. Steer clear of that place or that food because its thinner than you can fathom with tons of breading and very little chicken, tasting more like leather. It was sent back. The environment is absolutely lovely, the staff is friendly and rooms are clean. The access to the transportation is very easy I would absolutely stay here again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa My second home and Disney’s crown jewel. The Grand Floridian isn’t just elegant — it’s iconic. I’ve been a guest, a cast member, and a loyal fan. From the turn-of-the-century design to the monorail soaring through the lobby, every detail exudes Disney at its finest. Dining is top-tier, with Victoria & Albert’s setting the gold standard and Narcoossee’s offering lakeside views and fireworks. The resort layout is campus-style, featuring themed buildings, relaxing pools, and a marina for added magic. Even with a little construction, the Grand’s charm remains untouched. Updates like the birdhouse-themed bar only add to its storybook vibe. This place isn’t just a resort — it’s where memories live.

Fuimos a desayunar al restaurante 1900, todo super bien excepto por el estacionamiento. A los que no son huéspedes les dicen que estacionen muy lejos y luego hay que caminar aprox 10 minutos para llegar al restaurante. Recomiendo ir antes para no perder la reserva

It's the perfect spot for access to the Magic Kingdom. It's nice to be in sight of the castle, the Contemporary, and the Polynesian. You feel you're at the heart of Walt Disney World.

The resort was beautiful, and had convenient access to all of the parks. However the service left something to be desired. There were multiple mix ups with the rooms that affected our tickets and dining plans. The cleaning staff also threw out several of our personal belongings. Its also a bit ridiculous that such an expensive place does not have microwaves or free water. Will not be staying at this particular resort again.

We didn't stay as the resort. We were here for a wedding. But WOW. What an incredible experience. And service was out of this world. One of the service workers saw that I loved the apple compote. Without me asking, he brought an extra bowl out for me. That was really something special.

This is a very glamorous Hotel great food and the service is amazing many restaurants to choose from.

We just returned from a wonderful weekend at the Grand Floridian! The new renovations are beautiful. We stayed in Sago Key and were thrilled with our beautiful room. It was beautifully themed and spacious. We loved having the shower separate from the vanity area. It allowed all 4 of us to get ready much faster. The room was so quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping was very meticulous and paid close attention to detail. We enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the spacious balcony each morning. They have many great dining options as well as great places to grab a glass of wine. We enjoyed watching the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the Enchanted Rose. The pianist in the lobby was the icing on the cake! She was fabulous! Thank you to each and every employee at the Grand Floridian for making our stay so magical! We are already looking forward to next time!!

Had a wonderful breakfast with my girlfriend

Staying at The Grand Floridian is a family tradition that I look forward to every year. The serves by the pool, and the kid actives my kiddos sure look forward to. The staff is super friendly and help out if need be. Specially the view from our room it was the best, and some of the characters walking around the resort.

Puedes creer que en el mejor hotel de Walt Disney World encontré en el cajón principal de la habitación prendas de ropa del huésped anterior? Qué tipo de limpieza hacen ? Un hotel de $1000 usd por noche no puede tener este error de limpieza, ponen en riesgo la salud de los clientes con el pésimo servicio de limpieza que tienen. Además de muchos errores adicionales que tuvieron durante mi estancia.

We have stayed at GF multiple times and it just gets better and better. The staff is wonderful and the decor is excellent. The only think I don’t care for is the new lobby. I think the coffee bar takes away from the theme. Not a fan but otherwise one of the best resorts we have stayed at.

Disney Magic is real. The grand Floridian is absolutely beautiful, the room, the views, cast members. Everything about the place is phenomenal. I highly recommend staying here and getting to experience the pure bliss this place leaves you feeling.
