Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
These 25 reviews do not converge on a single verdict. Reviewers who mention how much food arrives rate this place 4.7 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, how guests are treated appears most often — 24% of the corpus, averaging 4.7.
Behind those, whether it is worth the money is raised in 16% of reviews (3.8 average). More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 16 of 25. 19 of 25 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 2 are two or lower.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (100/100) and no violations cited. That result dates from October 21, 2025. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

My family and I stayed at Coronado Springs for 7 night and could not have asked for more. We stayed in Cabanas 8C. We tried food from 5 different locations within the resort and enjoyed them all. Every staff interaction was what I hoped for. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with information regarding the resort and the parks. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. I have never experienced lifeguards that were more attentive to the swimmers. I noticed lifeguards answering guests questions while never taking their eyes off the pool. I noticed that the resort never felt chaotic or too busy. The atmosphere really allowed our family relax and enjoy our downtime.

I had a terrible experience. I purchased a complete package that included meals, the hotel stay, and tickets. The rooms were dusty and not at all nice considering the price. Regarding the meal plan—and I had chosen the most expensive one—they ended up denying me both the fast-food options and one of the sit-down meals that I had already paid for, all due to a mistake by the hotel restaurant. It was a chaotic waste of time and money. I will never stay at a hotel like this again, nor will I ever purchase a meal plan.

Great experience at resort.

Great resort. Fitness centers. Very very big. Total acreage more than magic kingdom. 2000+ rooms. Great places to eat. Will stay here again if possible.

This was my first visit to Coronado and I absolutely loved it. This was my first trip as an independent adult and Coronado was the perfect place for me and my girlfriend to visit. The restaurant we went to on the resort was the three bridges and the food was unbelievable. The breakfast had a great variety of options that were all fantastic. The pool was fantastic and for such a large resort it was easily accessible to get to the lobby from where we were located.

We absolutely loved our stay at Coronado Springs! The room was gorgeous and extremely clean and we had plenty of space. We loved how much storage there was as well! Plenty of drawers, a small closet, shelves in the room as well as the bathroom, and plenty of counter space in both the main room and the bathroom. The resort as a whole is absolutely stunning. The layout is nice and even though the resort is quite large, it’s not that far of a walk to get anywhere thanks to the bridges over the lake. We stayed in the Casitas Village and had a perfect location - very short walk across the parking lot to the bus stop, short walk the opposite direction to the gift shop & restaurants. The resort and room were very nicely decorated with just a hint of Disney. We liked that it was not so “in your face” like some of the value resorts and feels more like a luxury resort.

This place was awesome, the facilities were clean and safe. Service was impeccable, and the food at every venue was great.
-
Great stay and a wonderful time with family. We’ll do it again.

The hotel is very beautiful, ample gardens that even offer fishing. The sports bar was great for watching a world cup match. The gym is a bit small and not "state of the art". but it gets the job done. Good call on the chilled towels provided. Stayed at a "rancho" style room.
-
Really bad experience staying here. Went to check in at 3pm - stated check in time. Had to wait for a room to become available.. Then drove to the room with the given keys and had to wait almost 30 mins till the room was opened because the keys didn’t work. All in the heat outside with a baby. Why is this place so disorganized? paying a room fee to be stranded outside the hotel waiting to be let in…. Didn’t expect this from a Disney hotel

Beautiful resort. Great dining options. Nice pool area. We stayed in Casitas 5 and the transportation was easily accessible. Highly recommend.

First time staying at this resort in Disney World, we loved the property. Our room was fine at first, then our 2nd day the water in our room shut off while my husband was in the shower, then when the water did come back on it was running brown in the shower, and both sinks. I had to call a couple of times to reach the actual front desk, the first response was to "let it run for a while", we were then offered to move rooms, but we only had one more full day at the resort, so that was not a good option for us. We were quite underwhelmed with the service we received at the restaurants we dined at. The 3 bridges was just ok, our server seemed mad the whole time and by the time we got our drinks the beers were luke warm. Michael at the pool bar was the friendliest employee that we had an interaction with. He actually engaged with you and had conversation. The resort itself is very close to all of the Disney parks, we used the buses and never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, coming or going. We stayed in the cabanas; it was quite a long walk to the quick service and dining areas. We got the refillable cups, and I don't think we got our money's worth, because it was so far to walk just to get a refill. We probably could have stayed closer to the food area, but since it was our first time there, we were not aware how spread out everything was.

The rooms were fine. Our fourth-floor room was very far from the elevator and stairs. In fact, to find the correct elevator you had to walk around the entire building to find the one that goes to the fourth floor.
-
All of us enjoyed our stay at the Coronado Springs Resort. From the Mexican theme to the spacious rooms & lovely customer service. Close to all the attractions in Disney.
-
Great stay, everyone was very nice and helpful. Two small things - the gate to let guests back in - was a bit difficult for me to tap the room card. Also would have helped if the room had microwaves.
-
The room was an okay size, but needed a table & chairs. The first night, we requested more towels and washcloths, but they never came. The location of our room was quiet and peaceful, but a bit of a walk. We would’ve preferred to be closer to the bus and to the tower.
-
Their customer services is lacking in the department that includes the bell person as well. If you’re just staying for a day or two then it would be great but longer than 2 days- I would suggest another resort that takes care of the customers.
-
Corando Springs it's a great resort with a lot of restaurants and things to do. One thing I would have liked to see more of is more Disney art and around the resort, there was subtle touches but I would have liked it to be more immersive.
-
Only complaint is we had noisy neighbors 3 out of 4 nights. But this resort was very nice.
-
6/19/26 Wonderful Michelin rated restaurant. Had paella. Very good! Previous visit: Ate at Toledo restaurant on the 16th floor. Great food. Wonderful service.
-
The Gran Destino Tower is beautiful! Our room was large, very clean and beautiful. There were so many food options at Coronado Springs!
-
Unfortunately, I expected so much more from Disney. There was nothing ‘special’ about the resort. The rooms were meh (smelled a bit moldy) and I was shocked that housekeeping only comes every other day. In addition, there wasn’t even water in the rooms. The property was fine, again, nothing special. I will not return here as I expected so much more from the Disney brand.
-
Very nice and comfortable hotel right on Disney property!
-
This was my boyfriend's and I's first time staying here and once we pulled up, we fell in love instantly. Between the location of the room to things around the resort, dining options, amenities such as the pools, and how friendly the staff was from the moment we checked in till checkout. Him and I will definitely be coming back when the price fits our budget, I am now a Coronado girly for life :D
