D-LUXE BURGER

I knew the minute I walked in when I saw the paper towels on the table these burgers were gonna be super sloppy! And surely they didn't disappoint 🤦🏾‍♂️ super greasy and the buns are wayyy to small for the offering. Don't get me wrong it wasn't bad but the bugers weren't outstanding! And why do you have to use the that's outside in the mall! What would do the burgers better are changing the buns for sure! And the fries were terrible by the way.

Pretty good resturant and not insanely expensive for being in Disney Springs.

Pricey, but everything in Disney Springs is. Had the BBQ burger and small frys. That was a lot of food. Only get the large for a family.

I'm surprised I didn't have to add salt! The burgers were seasoned beyond salt and pepper. I ordered a bacon, cheeseburger, strawberry shake, and fries. *Burgers are prepared fresh and not pre frozen *Fries were made fresh and hot. Real potatoes. *Strawberry gelato shake was creamy and smooth and really lip smacking good I got the bacon on the side and probably should have gotten a BLT only. I don't know if that exists but it was better than the burger. The burger was good but I only ate one patty with fixins. The patties are thin but I eat burgers once every three months and don't really need a lot of beef. But if I was a burger lover, this eatery would definitely satisfy. I went on a Monday in the summer and it was bustling. There are plentiful self serve sauce and condiments options. I would likely try the cookies and cream shake next time. Cash and digital payment accepted.

Are people being paid for those 5 star reviews? The fries are soggy, burger dripped grease but was super dry. Didn't know that was possible for a burger. Shakes were good though. We know what to expect because although we complain we keep coming back. Guess we are gluttons for punishment.

So disappointing. We have visited here on a few occasions in the past. On this occasion, fries were served cold & were obviously old. The burgers were dripping in fat/oil & this overpowered the burger itself which sets you back around $14! Fries are an additional charge. I raised the issue with the fries initially…staff did not apologise. New fries were brought to us eventually. When I raised the issue with the burgers, I was told it was because they are pressed & should have been done for longer…still no apology. I had to ask for a partial refund. We could still taste the food several hours later & it felt like it was stuck in our throats. Not a cheap meal. Staff attitudes & service need massive improvement.

My boyfriend and I visited Disney springs while on our vacation from New Orleans. We got the bacon cheeseburger, a half side of fries, and 2 drink cups on our first visit and it was about $36. We definitely had a girl that was still trying as the person taking our order so it was a little slower but honestly it was still fine. We were able to claim a table pretty quickly as someone just got up. The food was okay, but the price point was a little high for the quality of the food. Also fair warning there are only paper straws for the cups and they melt quickly. We visited the restaurant for a second time a day after our first visit. This time my boyfriend only got their pizza burger and a drink it was about $26. He did end up getting sick later that night. To be fair we are not 100% sure it was the food as we had also been out in the heat most of the day but that was the only thing he ate that day that I did not eat and got sick while I was fine. Overall I would recommend going to eat here but be prepared for the price and know the food is just okay and that seating is limited

Food is as great. However, like Disney, the price is just the sandwich and no fries. On has to accept the fact you are going to spend money.

Crowded. Decent food. A bit overpriced.

Hamburguesas aceptables para el área de Disney…. La terraza exterior es muy acogedora, hay buen ambiente, tranquilo, frente a un lago.

This chicken sandwich was delicious!!! I highly recommend this place. The burger, drink and fries are sold separately.

Generous 3 stars. I have to say the D-Luxe burger experience was quite disappointing, we chose this location, and were looking forward to trying some tasty burgers. We ordered the blue burger, BBQ burger and a side of full fries/onion rings. The onion rings and fries tasted good, but the burgers didn’t. The blue cheese burger was very overpowering, and you couldn’t taste anything else besides the blue cheese, it was very sickly! The BBQ burger was very much the same, overpowering the other ingredients and my wife didn’t like the bacon either. We so wanted to enjoy this meal but it wasn’t for us sadly. I also visited Millers Sports Bar and have to say their classic American cheeseburger for $10.99 was excellent, so tasty & much cheaper than D-Luxe burger. In summary overpriced and overrated.

Overall the food here was good. Both the classic burger and the black & blue were very taste and cooked perfectly. The fries were good but a little over salted. The staff was also very attentive with delivering food and keeping the area clean.

My burger was amazing.. I was going to post a pic...but I ate it before I remembered to.... next time🤦‍♀️

This is the best bang for buck in Disney Springs

Place looked super cute and the food was really good. Felt like the fris were quite pricey for what we got. Only thing is inside seeting was quite scarce.

Average at best.
