GRANDSON'S FIRST TRIP TO DISNEY TARNISHED BY LARGE BIRDS CONSTANTLY ON OR UNDER THE TABLE. COULD NOT EAT MEAL. TOOK IT BACK TO OUR RENTAL HOME TO EAT WITHOUT BARNYARD FEEL .FOOD IS ALWAYS GREAT,BUT DEALING WITH ANIMALS WHILE EATING ISN'T FOR ME. GRANDCHILDREN WERE VERY UPSET. MADE A MEMORABLE FIRST TRIP FOR GRANDSON A LITTLE LESS GLITTERY.

I ordered the Bubbling Pink Lagoon and the Baked Macaroni & Cheese With Pulled Pork, and the food was INCREDIBLE. I ordered online through the Disney mobile app, and my order took just a few minutes. I did have to specifically ask for barbecue sauce when I picked my order up, and was given two sauce packets on the side, which I did find strange, since it seemed to be advertised as part of the dish. However, I didn't have any issues with the customizations I made to my order (no slaw or onions). The portion looks small, but was shockingly filling. The drink was underwhelming, especially for the price, but not bad. Nothing can compare to the pulled pork mac&cheese, though, it was delicious and tender. There was a suprising amount of patio seating available, and I appreciated the shade of the canopies and umbrellas throughout the seating areas. Definitely a worthwhile stop!

Great food and very affordable

The restaurant is really bad, when I ordered the food wasn’t good, the icee was all melt and the cup had a bad smell, one worker was a little mean.

The food here was terrible. The ribs were inedible, the chicken was so over rubbed that it was black with spices, and the baked beans were mediocre. The pulled pork was tasty, but I would not suggest going here.

Good food can be hard to come by sometimes at Disney World, but Flame Tree Barbeque at Animal Kingdom makes excellent food from the cole slaw to the chicken and ribs. Highly recommend this if you're hungry and going to spend $20 anyway at Disney, make it this stop. Just know it's outside and can be very hot to sit in this area during warmer months. Get plenty of water.

Good food, nice taste, clean, just a bit hard to find a place to sit.

TITA was so rude, I never cam across a rude cast member on that level. She souldnt be in that position taking orders. The kitchen staff were so unorganized they kept getting off track and we're vere confused on the whole operation. The food was mediocre at best, more than likely won't be eating there again.

Nice birds, good food, and nice workers!

This BBQ is actually cheaper than most BBQ restaurants out in town. The food is okay. Not the best BBQ in the world. My biggest complaint is they will not allow you to choose fries as a side. I don't like bbq beans, cole slaw or broccoli. I end up throwing all that in the trash and just eat the meat. You can buy a side of fries for an extra $5.49. I just don't understand they will not let you choose fries for your side. It can get really loud when the entertainment is happening across from the seating. Seating can be hard to find.

Dommage que ce soit froid. C'est copieux, c'est bon mais ce n'est pas chaud. Les plats sont bons et ça change d'un simple hamburger, le trio d eviande est vraiment bien. Nous avons mangé le soir, nous avons eu de la place facilement.

Great spot in animal kingdom. Great portions, tasty food, and beautiful outdoor seating. Be surrounded by cute silly birds and enjoy.

The food was great and affordable. You see the bird? Or animal come across you to begging for some food.🤣 It somehow close last in the park because it’s in discovery island 🤣 so great choice for dinner after roaming around Disney’s animal Kingdom theme park for all day long before going home💖💖💖

The Mac and cheese with pulled pork and the truffle fries were delicious! Portion was a bit smaller but for Disney, not too bad.

We had a terrible experience at this place. We went for lunch and one of the greeters directed me to stand to one of the side of the registers. There were 2 families in front of me, the family on the left completed their order and there wan nobody else in front of them. The family in front of me on the right side took a few minutes to complete their order and pay. At about 10 seconds before they finished their order another family came to the left side. The cashier which name is Eddie immediately turns to the newer family that came in several minutes after us. I told Eddie that I was next behind the family that had just left a few seconds ago. Eddie told me “we are supposed to go to one side and the then the other”. I told Eddie next time please tell me to move to the other side since I have been waiting behind another family for a few minutes. Eddie told me “I don’t know which side you are standing on”. Mind you, there was nobody on the other side for several minutes and unless Eddie has a vision problem, I was pretty visible as I am taller than the family that was ahead of me. I told Eddie to ring out the other family and then I placed my order which included 2 kids pull pork platter. We went to find a table and then started eating. Then we find a long hair in one of the kids pulled pork chops platter. Gross… I went to take it back to the folks handling the food. A young lady that look like a supervisor or team lead made a face and said to me. Let me grab you another one.…

Food was ok. Not the best. Long wait and none of the cast members would anwsers questions. They 1st made the food wrong, then gave it to me cold and still didn't give me my drink till going back a 3rd time.

Not as good as it used to be. Meat quality is more of a hit and miss affair an they are cutting corners on dishes. Used to get full blown onion rings on the pulled pork mac and cheese. Now it is just a sprinkle of fried onion bits from a bag.
