If you’re staying at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista – Disney Springs Area, do yourself a favor and have breakfast here! Samantha and Kayla, the Brunch Baddies, absolutely made our mornings. I stayed for seven nights and saw one or the other every other day, and they were consistently amazing. The service was friendly, fast, and attentive. They kept our drinks filled without us ever having to ask and made every breakfast a great experience. The made-to-order omelets were delicious, there was a great variety on the buffet, and I even looked forward to the little baby sausages every morning! Thank you, Samantha and Kayla, for your outstanding hospitality. You were one of the highlights of our stay, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had breakfast here several mornings during our stay, and Samantha and Kayla truly made each visit special! They were always so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The service was quick, the tables were kept clean, and our coffee and drinks were always refilled before we even had to ask. The made-to-order omelets were absolutely delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Their positive attitudes and exceptional service were a big part of what made our stay so enjoyable. Huge thanks to Samantha and Kayla for taking such great care of us—we’ll definitely be back!

Matthew at the front desk made my check in experience so seamless and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Disney experience.

Carmen at Covington Mill was very excellent. She cooked up amazing omelet and had a great personality

Looked for one of the nicer hotels in area and paid a premium. Immediately a beetle in lobby, shower did not work at all, could barely get a late check out and one lady was unfriendly. Mid all around esp for a 4 star hotel

Very nice place. Breakfast was delicious and Travis was outstanding!

Location was good. Check in staff was lovely. The room was gross. It was dirty (old mask under one side of bed, walls need to be dusted, etc), there was one out of five outlets that worked, the lamp was totally broken, the bathroom had water damage and a junk fan that did nothing (the whole bathroom steamed to dripping when you bathed). I would never stay again. Oh plus there was an Avis there.

The beds are not the best, pretty lumpy and hard. The room is kind of musty and out dated. My mom is staying in a king bedroom amd we are in a 2 queen room and her room is a little more updated than ours. By the ceiling corners they are cracked and looks like they may have been moist at one point. Outdated rugs un the room, furniture is all banged up and old looking. Very disappointed in the price of the hotel compared to what they offer. Pools are just basic.

Overall we enjoyed ourselves. The charges for parking 🙄 was awful and No luggage carts to use. You must pay to use a small luggage cart.

A little confusion with connecting rooms at check in but we were able to be accommodated with minor changes. The rooms were clean but ours was a little dated. All good though. Service was excellent across the board. Food service was excellent.

$40 parking PAID EVERYTIME YOU LEAVE. It says daily rate, but it isnt.

For the price I am paying to stay in the Hilton, they coulda supply a microwave and a bigger fridge.

Excellent staff and service. Matthew at the front desk was very professional, smiled throughout the entire time he checked me in and showed he truly loves what he does! Thank you for making my week extra special! Can’t wait to do it again.

Thoroughly enjoying my stay-cation here at Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs. XZAVIER is truly a gem. Great customer service, great staff, lovely pool and minutes walk from Disney Springs.

I was just wow by this place. I truly appreciate how attentive the employees are. I specifically appreciate our server and the pasty chef coming to make sure asking if everything is ok. This is unheard of now a day. Thank you chef Thomas and thank you to our server Kaila. I highly recommend the buffet not just because of the great selection of food but also the wonderful service.
