Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An average alone would undersell where this place is now. Reviews mentioning front-of-house average 3.4 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it.
No one in this corpus comments on how much food arrives at all. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (12 of 17). Of the 17 rated reviews, 13 sit at four stars or better and 4 at two or below.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (90/100) with 1 high-priority and 2 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was January 13, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 42% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. For specifics, the last inspection cited food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and lighting provided.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Thank you Jaime for making our breakfast experience great. We appreciate your help.

Great location near Disney Springs. Hourly busses to the parks and consistent return times make traveling to the parks simple, and it’s walking distance to Disney Springs. The pool is great, the hotel has pool toys available and there’s ping pong& cornhole and it was always clean. We got back late from fireworks and I was up at 2am on the balcony with a cold drink and spent an hour watching the guys methodically cleaning the pool deck and pool, can’t stress the level of detail watching people checking every square inch of the place and making sure it was clean and safe. I went to bed before they were done. Service was always great - front desk staff are always polite, no issues getting help, extra towels, anything. The biggest surprise was the restaurant & bar. Scott in the bar is amazing, always cheerful with the kids, adults, anyone. The kids eat free with an adult making it the best value food anywhere, and it’s good food, surprisingly really good food! You have to try an omelette in the morning, they’re phenomenal, and there’s real Mickey Waffles! Rooms - my parents came over to see the grandkids and they were staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge and said our bedrooms were nicer than what they had. I would say the shower could use a bit more pressure, but that’s the only thing I can say to try and balance out what is a glowing review. The showers always had shampoo, shower gel, etc and no problem getting extra towels. It’s not a Disney Hotel, when you get the bus to MK you’re…

Scott at the bar/restaurant was AMAZING and kind. He was fast on his feet and served everyone with a smile. Definitely will stay again with IHG Holiday Inn!
-
Francisco was a great chef and catered to our dietary needs!
-
Props for a great personel specially Mr. Francisco J. Vazquez bringing my little one his choice of breakfast to the table, A+++

This is the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed. We booked three rooms, and all bathrooms have ants. About half of the staff we interacted with were rude and arrogant…I've stayed at several hotels in this area, and this Holiday Inn is by far the worst. I will never stay here again. Avoid!

Great hotel! Right near disney springs, on site pool and bar! Spacious rooms comfy bed!

Was a nice hotel. Oldish but still good value for the money. Free buses to disney booked online for convenience.

Love this hotel, especially the hotel bar! Ask for Scott, he is amazing and will make your trip absolutely amazing. Thank you Scot for all you do!
-
Very rude and lie to us about shuttle to parks. Pool shut down. Breakfast not worth money.

Deseo hacer un reconocimiento a Jaime y a José, quienes realmente demostraron interés por brindar una buena experiencia sin ningún interés de por medio. Me tendieron la mano cuando más lo necesite. Ojalá hubiera más personas así.

AA++ experience. Staff was friendly we were greeted by everyone. Pool was nice and shuttles to take you to the park for free!

First impressions make the stay… And our first impression sucked. The agent that checked us in was beyond the term rude when I asked her to repeat she made night facial expressions and repeated loudly. I’m not deaf, but I just did not understand what she was saying. When we got to our assigned room it wasn’t what I had booked on point. We were supposed to overlook the pool area instead we were giving the parking lot in the highway. Very disappointed as HG Platinum Elite member. Bed was comfortable, thank goodness they had an extra blanket in the closet which we used. The people at in the bar area were very nice as where the Bellman outfront who let us park our bike nearby as we took our belongings in and out will never stay at this hotel again and we surely do not recommend it. I want to stay where people are nice from the get-go in this front dust did not do it for us

This hotel was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at! The welcome drink was fantastic and refreshing after a long Disney day with an exhausted child. Highly recommend staying here!

This is our go to Disney hotel. We have stayed here quite a few times. Its proximity to all Disney parks is very close. RJ made us feel extremely welcome this stay. We enjoyed free breakfasts and he made sure our rooms joined each other. We love the pool and that children eat free. We will be back again soon.

This is by far the best holiday inn experience we have had. The location is great for proximity to Disney springs. Every employee was so kind. Big shout out to both Zuleina & RJ at the front desk who assisted with both check in and check out for us. They were fabulous!

We came to stay at the Holiday Inn, Orlando, Disney, and unfortunately, our vacation did not turn out as expected. Our daughter had to be admitted to the Children’s Hospital in Orlando upon arrival and we spent our entire vacation at the hospital. The hotel staff (shout out to James) found out our situation they went above and beyond to help us they let us check in early and when we had to extend our stay because our daughter was still in the hospital, they made it so easy and effortless. All we had to do was give them our hotel keys to extend our stay. While I was in the hospital with our daughter, my husband came back to the hotel and the hotel staff got him food and food to take back to me in the hospital. (breakfast and lunch!)They were so accommodating and helpful. Even though our vacation did not turn out the way we expected, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel, and the incredible staff! They showed us such kindness and compassion during our stressful situation.

There was a 45% taxes and fees tacked onto my room. The breakfast was not included in this “resort”.

Very nice stay. Quiet and Clean. I would stay here again. Highly recommend. Very convenient to Disney Springs.
-
Everything from the check-in to the check out was great. Rooms were clean as well as the overall property. Staff were very friendly.

I had high hopes for this hotel. 🏨 sadly it fell way below ⬇️ expectations. Upon entering lobby, there is a weird smell..maybe someone wore cheap perfume..it was smelling like that all the way to the elevator. Surprise..if you’re a DIAMOND ELITE you’re still getting $60 fee even if you don’t park a car. 🚘 The list of items they charge for this fee for is laughable. 🛗 the room itself was ok. Not exceptional and the heat worked on a cold night. The bed was comfy but the carpet was worn. The toilet was dirty upon entering room. The noise level was very high too as the room was near an ice machine. 40,000 points later I’m pissed. I ordered food at the bar. The $32 steak came with half of the steak greasy fat! The other half a mystery steak? I’ve eaten steaks before at IHG hotels and this was cringe. I want my money back. The salad was bad too. The drinks 🍹 however were fine. Next morning I ordered breakfast and it exceeded expectations. The WiFi in lobby jams your regular WiFi on phone. The phone doesn’t work until you connect with their WiFi. Suspect. With a lot of maintenance this could be a great IHG stay. Sadly, it isn’t worth it!
