What diners say — our read

The kitchen grades better than the reviews do. Service is the sore point: those reviews average 2.0. Pacing is the next most common subject, in 32% of reviews (averaging 2.4).

If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (8 reviews). Newer reviews score better than older ones (3.9 recent against 2.5 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. Plate size shows up in 24% of reviews as well, averaging 2.7.

Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (99/100), 1 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on March 3, 2026. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 87% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include handwashing.

Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on the state of the room, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

As a Star Wars nerd, getting to experience this place was an absolute dream come true. It really does whisk you to a galaxy far, far away! The wait times for this bar can be long, so make sure to get your group name in the queue! The atmosphere of this bar is top-notch, and made me feel like I was on Tatooine for sure. The decor, droid DJ, and tables all screamed Star Wars. We got a booth, which had a large table that had lights that changed colour on beat with the bar music. I got the non-alcoholic Carbon Freeze, which had popping like boba that moved because of the carbonation. Fascinating to look at, and a very tasty and refreshing drink! My fiancé got the Jedi Mind Trick (alcoholic), and he loved it. It was a beautiful deep turquoise with fruity notes. This is an ABSOLUTE must for all Star Wars fans (yes, I am dealing in absolutes)!!!

Strong Star Wars immersion that feels like a space cantina with great atmosphere. Drinks are average. Main downside is long wait times and lack of seats. Worth it mainly for the experience.

We have been in this Bar before and were happy to celebrate with the family reserved a time in the afternoon we couldn’t make it I tried cancelling called the 407 number as I couldn’t do it in the app , they cancelled my appointment and after cancelling they tell me I was going to be charged $10 per person for cancelling 1 hour before our reservation. We had a group of 10 people . The lady asked a manger and we got refunded but I spent 1 hour in the phone , I even got to ride a ride waiting on hold unbelievable!! Then in the other reservation inside the bar we had , the lady who was a manager was so rude and took the drink from my 20 year old hands who just tried my drink very small sip . Saying he was not allowed to drink and if he wanted the mug he had to purchase it for $50 dollars I told her we were not paying for that she rudely replied to me I’m talking to your husband not you . They are lucky we weren’t problematic but she made our experience really sour . Otherwise food and drinks are delicious real pricey ! More than last time we went … and the ambience is very nice , the troopers come inside the bar and interact with people , thankfully we had been here before if not we will Not go back due to one person .. next time have your managers have some manners . The server disappeared we did not see him anymore and they still charged us more than $10 tip ..

Not a fan, but to be fair, it's not an atmosphere that's "family oriented." It's very loud. Hard to carry on a conversation. Some of the tables are standing only, no seats (you know this ahead of time). I might save this one for a girls trip or a couples outing. We didn't eat any food. Only the kids ordered drinks.

Honestly, less than impressed. Very, very small place. Our waitress Priscilla brought the check when I asked her to, however she folded it up and in half so I could not see that the Gratuity was already added So I added it to the check also but luckily I unfolded it and noticed it so I could make that correction and not tip dbl For subpar service. Again, less than impressed. We had one appetizer and five drinks for $143.00 Even with a reservation, we did not have a place to sit so we did not order dinner. To be honest, The worst Disney restaurant I’ve experienced.

Star Wars fans, this place is designed for you to find a themed cocktail. If that's what you're looking for, that is what you'll find. This is a bar, mostly standing room, lively environment, you can and will be shoulder to shoulder. Shoutout our bartender Chad, he was fantastic and did well bouncing to all his guests while preparing drinks.

LOVED IT! This place is AWESOME! My friends and I loved the lively vibe! Music at just the right level!! I had the Carbon Freeze (non alcoholic) and Cheese roll. Both were GREAT! My friends had Fuzzy T, Outter Rim and the flat read all were pleased. Our chemist Alexis was very nice with a great personality!!

Overrated. Cool decor and atmosphere but chaotic and does little to make the experience special for first-timers. You're often shoved into a booth with strangers and one group tends to take up most of the space. You're only allowed 45 minutes, so you're rushed through and not all the hosts/hostesses are the most friendly. I'd pass on this Anderson the other Star Wars activities instead

This was a complete 180 of the Pirate Bar in Magic Kingdom. Do not let them sit you on the two seats facing the tables, we were literally placed with seven other people instead of having us stand at the bar where there was room. we asked we could move and we were told no. You should get rid of the two seats bar stools facing the tables.

Vibes are awesome for anyone who loves star wars they do enforce the 45 min rule so get drinking!

  • June 12, 2026

Terrible. Across the board. Poorly managed, inefficient and rude staff. Skip this, you’re not missing out.

  • June 11, 2026

Made reservations both days during our vacation. The atmosphere was 2nd to none. You really feel like you're in a movie set. The robotic DJ was cool. The service and drinks were excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better place to get refreshed for 30‐40 mins. Highly recommend!

A unique experience for any Star Wars lover, Oga’s Cantina serves up unique drinks and small plates/snacks! If you are tired and looking for a place to crash, you may want to go elsewhere as seating is at a premium.

  • June 7, 2026

The food is not good sorry, it’s weird, the place it’s amazing ! You can just stay for 45 min and get only 2 drinks but it’s enough, drinks are fun … not really good, but it you are a Star Wars fan… definitely you need to experience it !

We booked reservations for our party of 8 over 1 month ago. They did not have a spot ready for us until about 25 min past our reservation time, then took us in and gave us a standing spot that only about 3-4 people could fit at. Was very disappointing and needless to say we ended up leaving. Atmosphere seemed cool, but service was not great, and having a reservation way ahead seemed to provide no benefit. We planned our day around this reservation and then it through the entire day off. We were not impressed!!

  • June 5, 2026

We booked reservations three months in advance, got there 20 minutes before our reservation and they said we were there too early so we came back 10 minutes later and they had us sit outside for another 30 minutes… we waited and waited and saw that they were letting people in that just got there.. soo we went up to speak to the women and she got us in right away had us stand in a corner for a party no more than three people could stand, we had a party of 8! We left there right after realizing where they just stuck us at… An absolute waste of our time! Do better Disney.

  • June 4, 2026

Gran lugar, realmente te sientes dentro de una película de Star Wars.

  • June 2, 2026

Would not recommend after a day at Disney. Only given a 45 minute slot and you are made to stand despite being on your feet all day in a very crowded environment with others constantly knocking into you. Whilst the theming is good and the food was nice this was not at all a relaxing experience nor was it worth the money.

Looks a little like the bar in Star Wars. Drinks are overpriced and served in plastic drinking glasses. Snacks are pretty horrible. We had stale tortilla chips with some other things thrown in and some kind of oily green herb dip. It looked and tasted basically like they grabbed a handful of trash not yet composted and put it in a basket next to a small bowl of yard clippings with oil in it. Extremely loud and you are most likely going to stand at a table with others. If you move too far down the small table you are asked to move back so they can squeeze more people into it. It’s maybe 6 foot long by about 1& 1/2 ft wide, and they will put 8 to 10 people around it. The service is pretty awful, as the wait staff knows most people are unhappy standing and finding out the “food” offerings are basically dumpster snacks that you pay a premium for. 3 drinks and this trash snack cost more than going to a decent sit down restaurant elsewhere. Seems like they don’t even try. I’d skip it, there is a reason standby is always available, because it’s not worth reserving a table and certainly not worth waiting on.

So cool to see, you feel inside the Star Wars world

  • May 24, 2026

El concepto está increíble. El DJ, es lo mejor, las bebidas y alimentos bien! La atención de meseros es regular, el hostess Nick tiene deficiencias, pretende meter a 5 personas en un espacio diminuto!

  • May 16, 2026

The floors are sticky, we were standing at a tiny table with other people and they only had a couple food options. Which is awful when you have been walking all day and want to rest. The server wasn't terrible, but others were awful. One tried to take the high chair we were using for our 6 month old when I was holding her and trying to calm her down. Another came up and yelled at me and my son for standing on this stool they gave us so he could look at the food we ordered and get it. He was told to sit on it (defeats the purpose of letting him see the meal). Food and drinks are overpriced. This is a terrible place to dine if you are here with children. I feel Oga's is better suited to a more adult crowd. It just fell short of the Disney experience all together and didn't fit the "family friendly" vibe of Disney. It was also very expensive for what you got and wasn't the best thing I have had here. It fit the Star Wars theme well, but wasn't worth it and the staff was rude overall. Will not return.
